Through one of the newly added banner on Ai's official site, I found out that "1 Lambsey" original business card and sticker (picture above), with autograph, are available for draw at avex point club. I believe you need to use special avex club point to enter the draw (11/21 deadline) and only 7 prizes are available.
Anyway, the point here is the cover is designed by Ai (picture above). Apparently, avex is using Ai's popularity to boost the sales of this debut single from a new artist called Lambsey. You can listen to the preview of the single at Lambsey's official site (or click on the tracks below). There's nothing special about his music, as far as I can tell.  Anyway, here's some information about the single:

So, any hardcore fans here gonna buy this single just because Ai designed the single cover?

i'm confuse... is Lambsey with avex? cause from the the offical site's url, it doesn't seem like he is.
even thou ai designed the cover, i don't think i'm going to get this single. if ai had a duet with him on this single, now that would be a different story  |

I kind of like his music from the sample esp track1 and 3.
He has a very nice voice.
Ai's drawing is like so cute, i wonder where she get the idea.
Its simple yet cute isn't it?
Somehow the yellow and red cover makes me think of smily while the black and red one lets me think of 680yen.
The Blue and Orange one makes me think of the Jam Punch Tour.  |

LOL, its a smoking lamb, thats pretty cool ! Anyways, noticing one of the songs titled GRETSCH, I am guessing that this artist is sings some form of rock songs (GRETSCH is a guitar manufacturing company). Seems interesting though, love that smoking lamb  . |

I love ai's drawings. They're so neat. I adore that lamb, especially the blue-colored one. I would totally print that out and put it on a t-shirt.  As for buying this single just because ai drew the cover. No way. I like the samples a bit, but it's just typical folky rock, nothing really "wow" about them. At first his voice reminded me a bit of kusano masamune, but then, no, Spitz is better. |

although i wouldn't buy it just coz she drew the cover, it's cool and i reeeeaaally love Ai-chin, but it seems a little waste to buy it if i don't like the music and the artist ^^' |

| Um. Not gonna happen. As much as I love Ai, I'm not going to buy something from another artist just because she had a hand in designing the cover. Sorry Avex, your marketing plan doesn't seem to be working very well. |

Same thing for me, if it's not "Wow, sounds great" I'm not buying this even if Ai draw that cute lamb. And Spitz are hundred times better than this guy, seriously. I love Spitz  |

Haha, I think it's safe to assume that no one's going to be buying this single just because of the cover. I think the real plan is to expose the music to Ai fans and if they like it, then maybe they'll buy the single, not just because of the cover. I know I wouldn't because that's just unreasonable!
It is cute though, and "Lambsey" is a cute name.  |
