Haha.. after seeing all the official threads.. I think this up and rising star deserve hers as well !
She sang one of the songs for the anime Bleach, Younha - Houki Boshi
Younha is also around YUI's age... but Younha debuted earlier... This young korean can sing japanese and english! (Think BoA!) and She can jam on the piano quite well too...
as for vocal style... I think she has a powerful voice and also her own unique singing style which really distinguishes her voice from the rest... She has already released a few singles and an album to date~

| Younha is awsome, shes one of my favoraite artists at the moment. Cute and talented. Houki Boushi is the best song of the year IMO, I just cant get enough of it. I also love her Touch and Motto furari de singles ^^ |

*two thumbs up* to younha... houki boushi, albeit a little overplayed, it still an awesome track. "orange no hatsukoi", "my love", "ashita tenki ni nare", "negai wa hitotsu" and "touch" are just as brilliant.
yui is also a fresh addition to the japanese music scene.

yes.... I far as I remember I'm pretty sure, Younha is 18 years old....cause I think she's one year younger than BoA  |

Well if she's Korean, shouldn't she be 18 already, instead of 17? 
Also, I've never heard anything by her. Vahn_wsd, maybe you should ad some pictures and a few songs to sample for those of us who haven't heard of her. |

I don't have instrumentals, but I have "if" (which were on the korean single of Yubikiri) and I have "Hana no youni" (which were on the japanese single of Yubikiri)

She's very cute. Her style is pretty nice, too! I've only listened to Houki Boshi, so far. It's a good song, though. I'm downloading Touch now as I write this.
Thanks for the songs and pictures. It really helps to make an artist thread more official, and helps out people like me who don't always know who all of these popular artists are. 
I have a question, though. Does anyone know how you pronounce her name? |
