It can sell tickets directly if you go to the venue in Japan....

Or you can ring them up and place an order for tickets, then they can probably either mail it to you, or reserve it and you can collect it once you are in Japan.

is there any near by Tokyo? my japanese friend lives around there. I'm planning on going sometime next year. I asked when a good time to go, and he said spring would be good beacuse it's beautiful around that time. But he said during the summer if i wanted to go to an Otsuka Ai concert. I'd rather go to see ai then anything else! So any info around the tokyo area?

The shows in Yokohama will be the closest to Tokyo. Yokohama is about 30 mins from Shinjuku.

i don't think they'll talk about a live dvd just yet (although it's already 99.9% certain that they will release one) they'll probably make an offical annoucement after the tour is over.

Talking about the concert, after I have been thinking for a while, maybe I will go to see Ai's concert at Fukiuoka, instead of Yokohama. My visa will be over at the beginning of April. I thought about expanding the visa as a tourist position but come to think of it it is quite a long time before the 22th comes. Even though right now I live in Tokyo, I may find a pair of ticket and a friend at school to go wih me. After watching the concert, we may do some sight-seeing there at Fukuoka. This is my plan now. I am not sure whether it is going to be true or not. But hopefully, it is. I will let you know guys know again about it later.
PS It is good to see the site coming back!!! Giggle

Going to Japan is the first problem.
Buying tickets for the concert is the 2nd problem.

Anyone can help me solve my 2nd problem?

If you have been reading, you would know that you are required to either ring them up on the phone numbers provided on the website, or physically purchase them while in Japan.

It's best to buy them in Japan to avoid confusion, or get someone you know in Japan to buy them for you.

If you want to buy the ticket I suggest you to find someone in Japan to do that for you right now. It's harder to get the ticket later when the concert date is around the corner. You can try Yahoo! Auction to find people selling the concert ticket online.

According to ai Station and ai-NAVI, avex just added a new concert performance at Tokyo International Forum Hall A on April 12, 2006. Here's the full concert schedule confirmed so far:
    4/1 (Sat) Fukuoka Sun Palace
4/2 (Sun) Hiroshima Postal Savings Hall
    4/7 (Fri) Niigita Community Hall
    4/8 (Sat) Miyagi Community Hall
    4/10 (Mon) Sapporo Community Hall
4/12 (Wed) Tokyo International Forum Hall A <-- newly added
    4/22 (Sat) Yokohama Arena
    4/23 (Sun) Yokohama Arena
    4/30 (Sun) Nagoya Rainbow Hall
    5/8 (Mon) Osakajo Hall
    5/9 (Tue) Osakajo Hall

So bebe, you might be able to watch Ai-chin on 4/12 in Tokyo instead of flying to Fukuoka. Boogie Do remember to order the ticket early or you'll end up paying more afterwards to get them online when they run out of tickets. No

I just realised the first concert is on April Fools Day! Laughing

Apart from the 04/12 concert, which coincides with FRENJAR's release, what other dates are at Tokyo?

Hopefully more and more dates are going to be added! Anyone have any idea on the size of each of these venues?

Avex is so smart, beginning of the year they will put Ayu and BoA's arena tour and come towards the end of the year, it will be Ai-chin and Koda Kumi's turn for their respective arena tour. Anyway, I'm looking forward to this concert

It's my current dream to go and see Ai perform live! I wish I could attend one of these shows like many of us here I imagine. I got the Jampunch dvd last week and i've been watching it so much, I never really liked her happy songs before (I got into her from watching the kingyo hanabi video on google) but now I really like them! watching her perform all the happy tracks makes me smile so much! Smile

... now I have to go do my college work, not much sleep for me tonight! Sad

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I don't believe it! Surprised
We've cancelled our holiday to Japan this year because we plan to move there next year.
We would have been in Tokyo on 12 April..... which is my birthday Crying
I would have seen Ai, on my birthday!

I'm off to sulk... Sad

I don't think Ai's concerts need much editing if she sticks with JAM PUNCH's style!

i think she should kinda edit a little so it will look different from her last tour
so it will look special
i hope the DVD will be release soon i cant wait Boogie
