I was looking for some nice cursors to use on my computer. I had no luck. So I decided I would make my own Ai Otsuka cursors. They feauture LOVE-chan and were hand drawn by me. The program I used was Axialis AX-Cursors 4.5 - Shareware Version. It is only 14 dollars(US) to buy it though. It is quite a nice program.

I have ziped it in .rar format. You will need Winrar to open this file.
MegaUpload
YouSendIt
Install:
Unzip the folder to  \Windows\Cursors.
Click your start menu.
Find Control Pannel.
Open Control Pannel and select Mouse.
You will see a row of tabs at the top.
Select Pointers.
Where it says Customize, select the cursor you would like to change and hit browse.
I named the most of the files with names that relate to the cursor names.
Example: For Normal Select I have named it love_N_S.
It shouln't be to dificult.
UPDATE!
I added a Link cursor.
