I think even now after I watched that show a year ago, I still have this deep sad feeling. I haven't watched it in awhile, but if I did again, I'd probably still cry.
You can read actual translations of the diary entries Aya wrote when she was alive here. The drama really did follow this because some of the scenes I remember.
It's really too bad this didn't win any awards. I thought Erika Sawajiri and Ryo Nishikido did a superb job. |

| ^Sweet, thanks for the link. I've been wondering if anyone has ever translated that diary into English. I've seen the book on Amazon JP before but really no point of me buying it since I wouldn't be able to understand it much. |

| This drama is very good. Hehe i mean good... very sad though. Makes you stop and think how lucky you are... but then again... after a couple days, you stop feeling special. hehe |

hmmm after watching tis show.....come to think of it the female leading actress have been getting tragic roles....lol...
For eg, in shinobi, taiyou no uta and one litre of tears...erm is there any more...haa |

I love this drama so much. I cried. I like Sawajiri Erika, she is so cute and beautiful.
I like her song titled "Taiyou no Uta" also I love the OST of "1 Litre of Tears" its so good and make me remember of my ex-bf...So sad... |

Actually there are book store selling for example Singapore Kinokuniya can get it and i personally feel that the book are more properly translated. But of course credit to the blog owner too. She gave her best.....  |

wow, i never thought there would be anything more of this series. nice. 
seems like it's reeeeeally long too! 2 hours and 20 minutes. soo... is it a short version of the whole dorama? or is it a continuation where we see what happens to everybody? or is it a collection of stuff that hasn't been shown in the dorama?

no subs yet, but i hope there'll be soon. i guess i'll download it (even though it's 1.5 GB big!) when i download the "Saishuu Heiki Kanojo" movie from silentregrets.com (been waiting for that movie forever...). as long as it's got erika-chan in it, i'm happy. 
EDIT: maybe i'll read that translation when i have time. i just don't know if i feel like crying now... |

yup actually you guys can go to btchina.net to download it ... the sub title is in chinese... basically this special episode is talking about her sister and the rest of the character ...  enjoy and prepare some tissue hehe |

This is one of my dorama;s I've seen that did make me  . I'd have to say though, I would have loved to see Erika(Aya) and Ryo(Haruto)'s relationship progress a little bit more in a romantic way. I liked Taiyou no uta also which Erika starred in.
I've seen the special recently and mostly it is about Narumi Riko; her sister and there is a lot of scene flashbacks from the the dorama so it was like watching the dorama again. |
