nie mian ren is like this Chinese arts and crafts thing where you make little figures out of this soft dough. the dough is really expensive and you can only get it in taiwan. anyways, i made a LOVE-chan (also a SMILY face, but i don't know what happened to it T_T). Here you go.
sorry if the image is too big. it's not really that good, but i'm proud of it ^^ |

| Ohhwww it's awesome =D Actually, here in Portugal we do a lot of figures, keychains, those things that people use on their ears (which name I can't remember xD) with that material. Here it's called "FIMO". It is like plasticine and then it goes to the oven to solidify. We have to be carefull thought, it burns easilly ^^; I don't find it expensive, the price is quite reasonable =| |

haha, thanks so much everyone  never expected to be so well received. oh and Pini-chan, i think we're talking about something different ^^; you see, this kind of dough does not need to be oven-baked - it dries and hardens on its own. and if you want to reuse it, just add water! (sounds like a commercial xD) so yeah, it's quite expensive. sorry, but i don't know what it's called in english or how to get it.... xD |
