| There's this article on Eight Days ( a singapore tv mag) whereby they feature 10 most eligible bachelors and one of them was Syvester Sim, the runner up of singapore Idol. They asked him who is the gal of his dreams and he said it was BoA. And he even said that his gal friend must have the looks of her especially her small pair of eyes... (BoA's eyes not realli tat small wat....) Anyway I'm not a fan of that syvester.. Wonder anyone alse saw this arcticle too... |

BBC Features BoA as "New Face of Korea"
"News Night," BBC's representative program on current issues, has recently carried a special program entitled "Korean Waves." In the program, the British public broadcast network introduced BoA, 19, as "a new face of Korea who will publicize her country to the whole world."
In a 10-minute special program on "Hallyu" on July 28, Korean Standard Time, "News Night" introduced BoA as a representative singer of Korea. In addition, "My Name Is Kim Sam-soon" was chosen as a representative Korean soap opera, and "Old Boy" as a representative Korean film.
BBC featured an interview of BoA by senior correspondent Charles Scanlon in a powder room of SBS TV during the live recording of a show entitled "Pop Song Live Show" on July 17. During the program, BoA sang her song "Girls on Top," the title song of her fifth album which topped the weekly list of pop songs.

BoA Dreams of Performing in North Korea
Following in the footsteps of established singer, Jo Yong Pil, BoA has recently voiced her desire to preform in North Korea.
On August 5th, 2005, a gathering of the Foreign Journalists Club took place at the Press Center of Seoul. Attending parties included AP, Reuters, ATPN, Bloomberg, and the Chicago Tribune. While interrogated, BoA proclaimed that she dreams of holding a performance in Pyongyang. Furthermore, it was stated that she is currently working vigorously on improving her ability to sing emotionally in Chinese. Preparation for the singer's activities in China have gone underway; she hopes to speak the language fluently soon.
Concluding the conference, BoA revealed, "When I was in Kindergarten, I wrote a note expressing my ambitions to become a singer, and buried it in a time capsule."
