Haha so much snow in some of those pictures Giggle Its weird that there can be snow, and then have it switch to obviously spring like conditions in just another part of the country haha!

Ohh hokkaido, my town I live in right now has a sister city there called Ashoro.

I'm very lucky to be able to experience winter in Hokkaido and see Sakura in Tokyo!! Boogie

I wish I could experience something like that Smile Where I live, no matter where I travel in my province its always 1 set season. I want to maybe just have lots of snow, but then go somewhere where it is very nice and warm and pretty~ Giggle

Do you have any more interesting pictures to post or any stories?

I'm green with envy! I've always wanted to go to Japan! I just have a quick question, how much did the trip cost? [crosses fingers and hopes the answer is "Why, Jester, it's free."]

Odaiba? Hmm... how about going to the theme park & the palette town? Smile

As for harajuku, you can go to the Meiji Shrine, Snoopy town and Takeshita dori (pls correct my spelling if i'm wrong).

For Shibuya, well the entire area is a shopping heaven but very expensive. You can go to 109 for a start Smile If you like to buy CDs, Shibuya's HMV and TOwer records is one of the biggest in Tokyo area.

Well, for ueno park, the most beautiful period is during early spring. Sakura everywhere! Boogie I went in Summer before, it is still nice but it can't be compared to Spring Smile

Anyway, more pictures again!!! Smile

I know, Aprilis, that stuff looks awesome! I've always wanted to go to one of those restaurants where they prepare the meal right in front of you. Out of curiousity, what's that specific dish called and what are its ingredients?

Every time you post new pictures I get more and more jealous! I think the vibe I get from the pictures is just so amazing and interesting. I mean, you'd never see that many people on the streets or that many bright and exciting sites where I live. Japan is right up there with Australia on my "To Go" list. Anyways, something I'm always paranoid about is that I'd do something deathly taboo when I visited Japan. If there's someone out there who knows enough about Japanese and Canadian culture to elaborate on the subject please do so. Thanks!

Ha ha!! Hungry? Nissin Cup noodles!! Hee hee! My fav slogan of Nissin Smile

Hmm... As far as I can remember, I don't recall seeing Ai's banner or poster. For this trip, I have only went to Shibuya's HMV and Recco Records only. But I did hear Ai's new single being played on the radio !! Boogie

Hmm... I can't remember the name of the shop, but there is one very big store near the entrance of takeshita street, it's on the left hand side after the fast food restaurant Smile

Anyway, here's a few more pictures of Vodafone in Japan Smile

Wow, that must have been a nice trip! Smile Looks like you got to see many different places while you were here.

I wonder when you were at the imperial palace garden. I was there on March 28, just a few weeks ago. The scenery looks about the same as when I was there. I was in Shinjuku that same day too, and I took some pictures from the same overpass as you.
