Just a little plug for a band that I found on myspace. It's a pop-punk mix-match of 2 JapAmericans and 3 Americans with the singer singing in Japanese. I like it.
I've been chatting with their drummer and he's a cool guy. He told me he went to a Japanese karaoke near where he lives and was impressed by a young Japanese lady. So he approached her and asked if she'd like to be the singer in the band he was forming. Very clever methinks |

Lemon Drop Kick rocks!!
Their songs are amazing!! Just finished listening to all the four songs. I like 11:40 the best! Really fantastic!
My own personal ranking on their songs
1) 11:40
2) Forbidden lover
3) Vacation
4) All over now |

| Yea, I heard about this group from a JDM Insider DVD. By the way blahh, does it really matter if all the members were Japanese or not? I think that it's great that the band has both japanese and american members. |

| I'm going to check them out. I hope they get signed either way though just because it's cool how the bandhas japanese AND american members. Reminds me of Monkey Magic but the members were canadian. Their story seems cool too how he just aproached that girl in the Karaoke bar. |

Just listened to "11:40" and "Vacation" and I must say I'm impressed, very good stuff
Hope everything goes well for them. Can't wait to hear the other 2 tracks (foobar2k can't play them - must be a wierd format or something)

| I don't know if I found out about these guys from here or from surfint he web, but I've been listening to these guys for awhile and I love their energy. I used them on my relentlessly happy CDs fairly often spamming Vacation and 11:40, which is my favourite. Gotta love the name too: Lemon Drop Kick! Hyah! |

| I saw this band live last year. They were one of the opening bands for the pillows. Lemon drop kick are bad at all, there music is great. Although it might be a little too punk rock for me. |

| I'm so jealous! the pillows are probably my all-time favourite band and I really like the Japanese punk rock so Lemon Drop Kicks are okay in my books. |
