I read somewhere once, an objective measure of life (if that is possible) is to imagine that today is the last day of your life on earth (we're not talking about what goes on after that). And if that is so, what are the thoughts and memories that are running in your mind today? Are they mostly happy or sad? Is it possible that we don't blame ourselves for our mistakes and say to ourselves, "well done lad/gal" for the past?
Although the question I'm posing is, "how I would like to be remembered", and indeed perhaps many are thinking, "how I would like to be remembered by others?" I think a better measure of happiness of our sum life today is, "how I would like to be remembered by me?" |

I would like to be remembered in a way where People will say that I have done a lot for them and that they appreciate what I done. I want to leave a loving memory to the people ... esp to my friends. That's all I really want.
How I would like to be remembered by me?! I don't want to blame myself for a lot of things in the future. Even if I did many mistakes... Someday I want to be able to tell myself... Great job or something. I hate the thought of sitting in a corner , crying and regretting a lot of things. |
