Can someone clarify this for me? Was the movie based off the drama or was it the other way around?
I first heard that there was somekind of documentary or something and someone made a drama of it and then the movie was made. But I've recently been hearing some other things and now I'm not sure. |

| As far is remember the dorama followed the movie but they had already decided to make the dorama before the movie came out. |

Erika was still pretty good in this drama but the character she played was quite normal, so there wasnt many moment where she could really shine her talent, like in One Litre of Tears. The drama was enjoyable indeed and I pretty much only got into it due to Erika being in it.
Being more romance and dream focused, it wasn't as moving as One Litre of Tears, nor was it as touching despite the background of the story being that she once again has an incurable illness.
I liked this drama but nowhere near as much as i loved One Litre of Tears |

personally i feel tat tat because it is made in tis way so tat the value for entertianment is higher, thus the show become not as touching as one litre of tears |

Hm I guess it did become far more accessible to the audience, since it no longer seems to focus on such a difficult topic, nor is it as heartwrenching, but it still wasn't as successful as One Litre of Tears. I read somewhere awhile ago it was because it had too many parallels to 1LOT? Whatever the reason being, the strategy didn't seem to work too well. |
