i think it'd really help uploaders to have a sticky in the downloads section discussing which web uploader everyone would like. (i am referring to megaupload, rapidshare, yousendit, sendspace etc...)
it'd be kind of nice to know which web uploader works and which one doesn't work for the majority of the people, and also if one web uploader is exceptionally slow or one is really fast.
lastly this could also be from the uploader's perspective...which one they don't like because it doesn't keep the file long enough or which one doesn't upload fast enough etc. etc.

oops. found this in the geek chat. but maybe it could be moved to download section? |

hmm...i don't know much about the download section, 'cause all the ones i tried to get were megaupload, and i couldn't figure it out 
i finally got help, but then i forgot which file(s) i was trying to download! 
well, the uploaders could look in the geek chat area and look at that. but i'm sure the uploaders have a preference, and that may not be changed  but who knows?
i'm not sure which is the one i like...i think it's sendspace, but i'm not sure...it may be yousendit...
ah, heck, i don't know!
hmm, off topic...
ok, that sticky could be a good idea, but like i said, the uploaders probably each have their own preference and a poll may not change that. but who knows?  |
