In case you don't know what a Beat 'Em Up game is... It's a game which is concentrated about fighting. The very first one was Street Fighter.
My Personal Favorite is Tekken Tag
Tekken 5 (Remastered)
and Soul Calibur 2
There are many many more Beat 'Em Up games and I would really like to know.... what's yours?!  |

hmmm... beat 'em up games...
would Devil May Cry series count?
that's my favourite when I feel like beating and slashing some monsters in a stylish way.  |

The Soul Calibur series owns all other beat-em-up's.

| Uhm.....My brother jsut bought Tekken 5 for the PS2 the other day, so taht is my current beat 'em up game. We also have Soul Calibur 2 for the NGC. Those are my 2 main fighting games right now. ^_^ |

I use to own with Kilik on SCIII and II. Soulcalibur was one of my old favs.

| For Solu Calibur 2, I pwn with Talim, and for Tekken 5 I pwn with Lee, Panda and Jack-5 (so far, as i haven't had the game that long) |

oh yeah.. dynasty warriors and sangoku musou... i used to play that.
beat up so many ppl. like around 900 in each stage
totally exterminated the enemy |

it's a close call between Tekken and Soul Calibur, but it guess SC wins in the end. it's really fun to make your own characters in SC3.  |

fav beat 'em up? that'd be TEKKEN for me~ 
I haven't played tekken 5 up to now, but I'm sure it rocks
so till now my favourite is tekken 3! <3 gon!! and julia!! 
unfortunately tekken 4 wasn't as good as 3...i had the feeling that the most important thing were good graphics
but I really wanna try out tekken 5 someday ^-^
I don't know many other beat 'em ups...dead or alive seems cool, but I don't have XBox... 
ah...one I also like is Fighting Force! (if anybody know it...  )
I used to play it with my best guy friend for hours in two-player-mode...beating up the enemies together was sooo cool!!
we laughed with no end
I don't know...I think I have soul calibur 1 or 2 or something like that...at least it was something with 'soul' in its name
it was cool~
my fav character was a greek girl named....eh...helena...? forgot it... 
but the last boss pwned me all the time..so frustrating... =__=°° |

@ yunchen: the first game was called "soul edge" (or "soul blade" in the US, if i'm not wrong), and i loved that game. the character you think of might be sophitia, or am i wrong?
i like soul calibur better than tekken due to the fact that you can change weapons, and the fact that you actually have weapons. just makes the game so much cooler! |
