I know what you mean.
I'm Scottish.
I hate it when people call me English.
But you shouldn't assume that everyone you meet is that ignorant.
I know a lot about India's history actually. |

hmm...yeah, the death sentence is pretty intense.
but sometimes, maybe necessary. (big emphasis on "maybe")
you know of the overcrowding in our prisons, right? (this is in america, i dunno about other countries) well, they start letting out criminals that "aren't as dangerous" or whatever, even though they are totally dangerous.
if they...you know..."got rid" of the extremely dangerous ones, they'd have room for the others.
but...it's a huge decision, and only for the most disturbing crimes.
so...don't yell at me please...
that's what i think.
but, as for killing a woman for reporting it...
that's disgusting |

i think canada needs the death penality.
my opinion is, if you re dumb enough to commit a crime that deserves, then obviously you deserve death.
seriously, if i was the leader of a country i would have no mercy on criminals.
lets just there would be alot of room for criminals in the jails..... |

yes but they shouldn't adopt white man's death penalty. what i saw in movie about china...death penalty in china is: you get shot, bill for the bullet goes to your family.
in america i hear it costs millions of dollars to execute a single prisoner. for the love of god that is costing the government a massive amount of money better spent elsewhere.
...man we are wayyyyy off topic. |

Yep, so we're talking immigrating to Japan huh? I'd love to live there someday. I'd probably start off in those little flats (like the Tokyo Friends movie ). This guide's very helpful, keep it up! |

I found some EXTREMELY useful sites on immigration, and i even have a plan now:
Looking for an apartment in Japan
Japan apartments
Japan:Work visa process
The Visa Game
Now to face some reality. 1) Japan is not america. If you cannot speak japanese, you will not get a job, housing, nor will you be able to immigrate to japan AT ALL. NOT EVEN AS AN ENGLISH TEACHER. 2) Apartment landlords are kinda racist. Well not racist. They know foreigners, and the only thing that turns them off is that the lack of knowledge about japanese eitquette and manners that some foreigners have turns off some potential japanese tenants.
SO, in that case lets learn some japanese manners (more than just bowing, taking your shoes off [maybe its just indians and japanese, but dont all asians do that anyway? well, in my culture they do anyway] and chopsticks. Hopefully, they ll give you housing, and you can be happy you changed one persons opinion of foreigners.
table manners
eating at japanese restraunt
in a japanese house
Japanese manners |

Whats your chinese name in hanzi?
If you ever go to japan you can have 1 of 3 choices:
1)Use onyomi for your chinese name
2)Use nanori, in which case people will think your japanese until you start speaking >,<
3)If it contains hanzi not used in japanese, you have the choice between: katakan-ization or get a new name. |
