Yeah, they're not the right size. Sneeze How do you make the screens yourself?

Screen printing is quite simple when you have the resources available to you. Essentially you create a screen like if you where to stretch a canvas for painting (stretchers and screen mesh, staple gun, etc.). Then, you apply a chemical solution called emulsion to the screen, let dry. Next, expose your carbon-printed design to the coated screen with a light table and ta-da, you have a stencil. The printing process is pretty self explanatory. Screen printing can be really fun, but also costly, especially when you teach yourself (I messed up quite a few screens myself). If anyone wants, I can most likely put a few shirts together, I just need an idea of how many we would need produced. Smile

@ Marril
Hmm, sounds kinda complicated to me. Sneeze But that's pretty cool you know how. I'd have to ask my parents...they probably wouldn't want me giving out my address to people I don't know, you know? But if I can't find a place that'll do it for me, you can count me in. Giggle

@ ben
I recommend finding some friends that might want one too. Or talking to Marril about a group printing. Sneeze

That looks alright, Pastor. I was working in Illustrator and started to question the typography on the back of the shirt... does anyone have any decent images of Ai?

i looked up a good font and started meassuring and such. i had to change some parts of the letters for it to look good, though. and the small text font on the front is wrong (looked at the PV and saw that).

i didn't even think about the fact that the cover of the single said "SMILY". Tongue so if you want to change something for the better, be my guest. Smile

@Pastor: cool! it looks good. Wink

EDIT: oh, you were talking about the back. hmm... i was pretty satisfied with the back in contrary to the front. if you want some pics, i'm pretty sure there are some in this thread: Ai Otsuka x WORLD WIDE LOVE T-Shirt. good luck. Smile
