Screen printing is quite simple when you have the resources available to you. Essentially you create a screen like if you where to stretch a canvas for painting (stretchers and screen mesh, staple gun, etc.). Then, you apply a chemical solution called emulsion to the screen, let dry. Next, expose your carbon-printed design to the coated screen with a light table and ta-da, you have a stencil. The printing process is pretty self explanatory. Screen printing can be really fun, but also costly, especially when you teach yourself (I messed up quite a few screens myself). If anyone wants, I can most likely put a few shirts together, I just need an idea of how many we would need produced.

@ petree: I'm envious , maybe someday I should get myself one! But it's quite expensive to print for just one person... |

@ Marril
Hmm, sounds kinda complicated to me. But that's pretty cool you know how. I'd have to ask my parents...they probably wouldn't want me giving out my address to people I don't know, you know? But if I can't find a place that'll do it for me, you can count me in.
@ ben
I recommend finding some friends that might want one too. Or talking to Marril about a group printing. |

That looks alright, Pastor. I was working in Illustrator and started to question the typography on the back of the shirt... does anyone have any decent images of Ai?
