Yay!!!! new Ai single!
but Feb. is kind of far away from now.... can't wait!!! I guess I will occupy myself with the Love is Born ~3rd anniversary~ DVD for the time being.
anyways, don't you guys think Ai is really creative with words??? CHU-lip
hmmm... maybe a CM song for shiny lip gloss or something??? just wondering.
I have a feeling that this one is something fun like 3pun ramen cooking. |

I guess we'll have to hear it to know which definition is the true one of "CHU-LIP". Kiss-lips sounds most likely to me at this moment but it could well be chew lips... |

mid-tempo eh? Hm... That would mean something like the pace of Yumekui or Strawberry Jam right?
Anyhow, this TOTALLY took me by suprise, and when I saw CHU-LIP, I thought it was the code for a model of some computer part.... then I realised it was read as tulip. 
Can't wait for this single..... I wonder if Ai is pushing for more singles so she will have enough songs for a best....... I HOPE NOT!!!!! I want that 4th studio album!!
Also, I think this single was released only because Renai Shashin was a flop, and wasn't wise to go into a new album with a preceding single that sold crap. That's just what I think... 
First press bonus is a sticker..... *yawn* Better than nothing I guess. |

This is great news! But I would have preferred a new Ai album actually. Nevertheless, I am very excited!  I think mid-tempo would be something like Yume Kui, but in a cuter way. Chu-Lip just comes across to me as a very cutish sounding song..I think there is much to expect for the CD cover! If it's actually a cross between Kiss and Tulip, it reminds me a little of Momo no Hanabira. Only 2 more months to go! |

yeah, i think it's the "tulip" "kiss-lip" thing too, that's what i thought when i first saw it anyway.
so, i have a very newbie-ish question to ask!
um, if you preorder it, do you automatically get a first press edition? 
if not, then how do you get a first press edition?

Lol, that's a good one;; Or else it could just be she type-o'd on an English word... Or else it could be some weird code thing that goes CHU-LIP like a license plate or something, lol.
Does anyone know what songs will be on it?

Thanks for the new update Rinoa, exciting news indeed! Especially since I just finish all my finals today
I'm going to hold back on the title until I know the lyrics. After the last time when we first mistakingly thought Frienger was friend and stranger, I don't know what to think about Ai's creative song titles anymore lol.
I'm also curious about the b-side song. Can it be the anticipated song, Pocket? |

You must first check to see if the first-press item is still available (which if you mean for Ai's single, it of course still is !!) Then you order, and yes it's automatically yours. That's what happens to me, anyway. I do wonder what kind of stickers they are though..Not like I will use them or anything, they will be too precious to use!!
Now that Aprilis. mentioned it, the b-side could very well be Pocket! (I forgot about the existence of b-sides for a minute  ) Perhaps that is why it wasn't sung at the 3rd anniversary concert, so there is more to anticipate in this 14th single. But who knows? It could very well be another song, we'll just have to wait for more information to come out.  |

yeah, I'm glad she will release another single before release 4th album, she's not have a No.1 single for the upcoming yet, I hope Chu-Lip will get to #1. A mid-tempo song is so suitable, Ai-chan've been doing well with mid-tempo song. Just a little curious how the PV and the cover would be, must be very cute.
Over 2 month to wait, it's a long time, but I hope we will have the preview soon, it would help
us to be patient.
