ai writes her own songs, of course! there's a guy helping her with the arrangements, though... ikoiruto or something.... (i think... confirm? )
and meh... didn't even bother checking the link. there's so many songs sounding like other songs, so.... |

Japan, being super-paranoid about copyright infringements, would have reps jumping at chances to sue for plagiarism if it actually was. I agree it's just that the songs are cut - and a lot of them, even cut, sound nothing alike. Anti-fans have too much time. |

I know, there a lot of songs in Australia that sound similar sometimes. Do I have a problem with that? Of course not! Anti-fans just like to prove people wrong, sad sight these days. |

Edit: Here's the thread. |

Probably inspiration. It's suck a fickle thing - you never know how someone influenced you or maybe whether someone happened to have a very similar idea. At least, this is my preferred scenario rather than Ai blatantly ripping off other people's songs, which isn't exactly the most subtle thing to do. |

!!! Aichin composes all her songs, and writes the lyrics for all of them as well! Yep she's the whole package~ Good looks, nice voice, and full of talent and skills~ |

| Ishikawa sounded nothing like the song prior to it. Whoever fixed these similarities has some false logic. |

I agree
Those are just parts of songs.
I listened to the songs that were sound alikes and they are nothing compared. |

| Haha, you know, while watching this sham of a facsimile of an imitation of a caricature of a parody of a video (*deep breath*), I realized that I was only listening to the parts where Ai's songs were played. I wasn't even paying attention to the other songs. When they played Yumekui, for instance, I even started humming! LOL. Ah, the stupidity of some of the loons out there. Unbelievable. |

lol
This goes the same problem with Jay Chou when some people insist that it sounds the same. weird, it doesnt anyway....
you should just take the music sheet and compare, wouldn't that be clearer ?
it sound alike but still, it isn't alike at all |

i think its just a part of the song that resembles with ai's songs. that's why that anti ai fan only selected a part of the song and compare, instead of the whole song itself. however i feel upset about it.. |

When you think about it, there's only, what, 14 different notes in a chromatic scale. Put them in some sort of arrangement, for over the God-knows-how-long history of music, isnt there obviously going to be some similarities between the different pieces/songs? Also...we've all been influenced by the tunes we have heard before so how can anything be TRULY original?
Those people who have the nerve of accusing Otsuka Ai of plagiarism are stupid and evidently, dont understand music. |
