yangirl, there's no subforum feature built into phpbb2, I can install a mod that give you subforum but it will be a pain since I usually change the php file myself.  I'll see if I can get the subforum thingy working after I tested it. |

and the title is Electronics ?cause seems that many ppl in this forum dun noe how to repair their com if got virus or sumthing else Eg:Spyware anyway i hope this will start soon ! |

hehehe MAYBE i'm a geek.
anyway, i have one question: why is my upload speed so much higher than my download speed?
Upload: about 100-200 kbps
Download: about 15-30 kbps |

it depends on what host u got.... if u got a sucky broadband connection than i wouldnt be suprised that ur download speed is slow, but yet if u get a reallly good host u probaly get higher upload speed, like for me i got 800 KB/Speed - 1.50 MB/speed, so for me it only took like 40 min to upload kingdom of heavens 
My average download speed is 50-64 KB /speed pretty bad huh?
by the way why bother to have phpbb, it sux really, lol its hackable site, which can result big damage at mysql database.....
why not convert forum database to Vbulletin, much safer, because i was trying to hack their but they got very safe security mode |

lol, I think phpBB will do just fine if you have the latest version running, have you tried hacking this forum with success? (I haven't updated to the latest version yet though  )
vbulletin is cool but it is not free, and I'm not going to pay for it if you ask me. I like the way phpbb is because I think I can have more control over how it looks like by messing with the php file I got and also the mysql database if I need to. By installing all those mods manually you can have an insight on how the php code works, which is really cool.
I do agree vbulletin has better security protection, but you know, if you pay for something it gotta worth the money, or else why bother.  |

nah i dont hack forums with no reason  im a fan of ai otsuka and would never hack this site, ^^ but ur version is old i know that the first time i visit.. anyway if u want more secure site i suggest u convert it ^^
Sure its true that u can manually get those feature but so can Vbulletin as long as u know what to do ...
anyway i have my own host in phpbb script and i usually hack my own site ^^ see any security whole, note i got the latest phpbb..
well it turn out that i can totally access the admin panel and inject bugs in mysql database, when its done then the hard part is to fix it back, if the site once got hacked the site can get DB Error which is kinda hard to fix it
lol who ask u to pay the Vbulletin ^^ i can give u the latest Vbulletin Script for free |

i suggest doing dls for other artists but that will definately make that section bigger than Ai's section...
but i also think the eyn is right when she says that she wants Ai's section to be bigger...i totally agree but...i duno which side to take
b/c i fink that if this forum is about Ai then it shud b ALL ABOUT AI
not too off topic...n i think that a new section will make members more eager to post n stuff
there's realli not a lot of stuff everyone can relate to
i mean lik i can relate to some stuff in the chatroom but...
not some stuff too...so i fink variety is another thing to keep in mind...
am i wrong? i duno...
