i came to think about this when i read the new stuff in the "ai's diary" thread. if you ever had a weird (or fun or whatever) dream that you remember, feel free to share it with your fellow members. i bet it'll be a lot of fun. 
since i've written diary for three years i wrote down quite a lot of dreams i had. so now i've spent half an hour on translating one of the weirdest and funniest dreams i've ever had (i guess you don't want to read it in swedish  ). it isn't often i remember things this clearly as i did this time, so i'm glad i wrote this down. well, enjoy:
I was sleeping in my brother Emil's apartment on a folding bed (funny thing that I dreamt what I was doing in real life ). Then I woke up and find myself lying on the floor. My brother's girlfriends (that is his female friends...) had come over and thrown me away and put their folding beds there and gone to sleep. So I thought to myself that I wasn't really welcome there and went out. I was in Hamburg.  But I didn't know that then. The night became day in an instant and I had to head out for another day of training to become a better ninja (too much naruto at the time I dreamt this.... ). Hamburg was the capital of the ninjas.  After all, the three best ninjas in the world lived in Hamburg. And I wanted to become even better.  But then I had to train! So I went down to the river that ran through the city. There my dad and mom stood in the water. I threw an apple to my dad, it was a part of my training. Then I jumped into the water, and my dad said: "Good, but let's see if you can manage this!" and he threw the apple down stream to my mom and told me to get it. But I couldn't. The water was too deep there. And then the river became a rapid over there and my mom and the apple floated away. 
Now the mission to find my mother began. I searched for days and weeks and i don't know for how long. Many times i had gotten hold of her, but every time something made me loose my grip of her.  I had almost given up hope when i found her inside a little basket the size of a purse (very logical...  ). At last I could go back to Hamburg. I took my horse and wagon, knitted the basket to the back of the wagon with a thin lime green silk ribbon and started my journey back in the dark night. But the knot didn't hold and I had once again lost my mom. I stopped. Now I couldn't use the horse and wagon to go back to Hamburg (whatever happened to the mission to get my mom back? ). I had arrived at a dock, so I stole a water scooter instead. But then I remembered that Hamburg wasn't surrounded by water. How would I be able to ride a water scooter there?
Then, as a saviour, my class mate Jonathan showed up from nowhere. yay! He had brought a map and showed me that there was a huge lake in the middle of Germany, and Hamburg was indeed located by that lake. The strange about this was that I saw many big cities with weird names, and all the cities i had heard of were small villages. Anyway, I now knew that i could use the water scooter to get to Hamburg. So I drove away on the lake. There was a long, long straigth with a lot of bumps for jumping. A voice in my ear told me to jump on them, or else i wouldn't get enough points. I never had the guts to jump and because of that i never arrived to Hamburg. A sad ending.

Yesterday I dreamed I was on my computer, and when I wanted to see Firefox's URL list from the URL bar, I noticed there was nothing. Then I went to check my Bookmarks, and noticed they were all gone. I woke up kinda dizzy and pissed off, since I really hate when that happens.
I guess one dream I'll never forget dates back to about last year's April. Though I can just remember the surreal part of it, it's still... Dunno. Anyway, there I was walking with my then (and as of now, still) love interest, through a Dali-version of my school. The scenery was bizarre, but pretty cool. So, we just walked, and talked. I can't tell for sure if we were dating or something, but I won't forget that she looked happy. And she smelled pretty (It was the first and only time I've sensed a smell while dreaming). So, we just kept walking until we reached the exit, and she left with her (I think) little brother and mother. Now I know their real-life counterparts don't look like in my dream at all, hehe. I woke up pretty disturbed, and sad, since dreams as real as that one are like my nightmares. Now it just remains as a somewhat cute memory. And I was kinda shocked when I first managed to talk to her (during last years' last months), as she wore the same perfume on my dream, and we never really ran into each other so close before. I'm happy that, in a way, part of the dream became true, as a few times we walked together talking about nonsensical stuff, and the like, although sometimes it's a bit painful to remember...
Anyway, that must be my most memorable dream ever. So, yeah, I kinda hate to dream.

i dreamt i went to six flags with this cute girl. then every ride just collapsed in front of us. it was a pretty cool spectacle.  |

i dreamed that I met Rinoa...it was weird she just popped up behind me and said Hi! and I was like...  Rinoa?! Yeah...strange |

In my dreams, when I am running, I seem to always be leaning to my right, then I slow down to a full stop. Also, when I drive in my dreams I seem to floor the pedal and crash into the nearest brick wall. It is always brick for some reason.
In my normal dreams I go on adventures or try to do something like escaping a fortress in the shape of my old school. It totally rocks because some times I have super powers like super strength or ancient East Asian magic. |

haha, that's not strange at all. not for me, anyway. when i was playing FF IX i had dreams about meeting Garnet, Zidane and Eiko all the time. Funny thing was that it wasn't weird at all. not even when Quina came.
i like when you dream about stuff you've been doing (like playing games or watching movies), though i had a very unnerving dream about writing an exam last year after i had studied most of the day.... and it was the weirdest questions too.
to name a weird dream, i dreamt that we got mail that belonged to someone else delivered to our house. it was to the family Trillitrappan (which in english would be something like Fallinthestairs ). so we went the whole family to give them the mail. and we got to a big western style house with a saloon and stuff. there was a Ford Focus parked outside, and my older brother said: "wow! i'm going to have a car just like that one when i get older." and ran over to check it out. then we gave the father the letter. and when we were about to go home i saw my younger brother trying to shoot himself in the stomache with a shotgun. but i stopped him, not because i cared about if he died or not, but because i didn't want to hear the bang from the shot.
yeah, weird. and no, i don't want my brother to die. |
