Don't worry about it. I wasn't all that angry or offended, and I apologize for my harsh tone. I just said this is a stupid rumor and that maybe it's not very bright to spread this sort of hearsay, even under the guise of a "question".
That said, if we examine your original "question", it's phrased as if you were asking Ai herself, yet you posted it on an English-speaking forum that she obviously never visits. One has to wonder, were you really asking a question? Clearly it's not a question that anyone here can answer, so in reality, the only effect of your "question" was to spread a vicious and completely unfounded rumor.
Honestly, what kind of reaction did you expect from a forum full of people who love Ai? Thinking about the consequences for 15 seconds before making that post would have prevented all this. The correct way to deal with rumors like these is to simply ignore them -- and that's what I should have done too, so if I did get a little pissed off, that was my own fault.
Anyway, like I said, don't worry about it. Nobody's going to kill you. I'm sure you're a big Ai fan too, otherwise you wouldn't be here, right? Just think before you post, that's all. |

do you actually think a talented girl like Ai-chin would ever need to sell her body for some extra pocket money?
sigh.. ppl tends to think every japanese girl in japan are pornstar due to the overflowing of japanese porn cultures on the net.
Just think about it a little. even if there's 100,000 japanese porn star in japan (i doubt they can reach 3000) it's just 0.008% of their total female population. which means in 1000 girls you meet in japan theres only 8 of them are involved in this industry.And i really really doubt that Ai-chin could be 1 of those 8.
And there's more, if wat she said is true, do you think the media will miss it out? The news will be so big that even your indian neighbour (just an example, no offence to all the fellow indians out there) that dunno where is japan would know.

I want to clear this rumor, and i've already find some proof that Otsuka Ai isn't a girl like that. (And sorry to everyone that already forgot this rumor, i just want to make it clear to every Aichin fans here, because i can't just standing and seeing that rumor.)
Because i want to find the proof, i've seen so many photoshopped pics and even everything about Japanese AV Idols (but actually i never want to do that and seeing those things) and have a conclusion about this rumour.
These are the conclusions :
First, Otsuka Ai debuted in 2003, and her age is around 21 in 2003, IF she ever do AV things, at least, she's too young for that year, because the youngest JAV models (18 old year) appears in 2007, in 2003, minimal age requirements is 22. So, this is impossible for Aichin to enter JAV World.
Second, IF she do just a little things about AV, media won't miss that news. Remember someone from Hello!Project that got caught smoking and later banned from her Hello!Project activities around two years ago? She's just SMOKING, what if she do AV things? I don't think she will have a good reputation anymore...
JPop singer or any JPop Artist cannot enter two vice-versa career, i mean AV is consider a BAD things, and JPop artists are GOOD things, they cannot enter GOOD things career and BAD things career at the same time, because? People won't respect it at all, it's simple.
Even if former AV idols wants to enter music career, at least they wouldn't have a good label like avex. Again, IF they have two kinds of career, usually they have a different name, stage name and AV name. Again, it's impossible for Aichin to enter JAV World.
Third, this is the BAD things i ever found to spreading rumor.
There's a JAV artist that resembles (The review said resembles) Aichin, and even they have the cover a bit similar to Aichin Frienger cover. Please take a look the cover : (I have edited the cover, so i promise it's safe to see it 100%)

They even use the same fonts with the Frienger cover (i think), the same vehicle (isn't it?), and the inappropriate things is, they write 大塚 but without 愛, isn't that pointing to Otsuka Ai?

I believe, lots of people, mistaking her with Otsuka Ai, and her name is 宇佐美りょう, the promotion words are even pointing to Otsuka Ai, with her written name like above, and also this words appears : 初めての***に戸惑いアンド快感のフレンジャー！ (*** Frienger the pleasure of the first and perplexed!. Translation of Google)
What is the purpose they write Frienger?
Some of the comments about her JAV Release (宇佐美りょう) :

So, the conclusion is, the JAV artist (宇佐美りょう) comparing her with Otsuka Ai too much, and i thought that is really inappropriate, the Real Otsuka Ai, are JPop Idols, and never do AV things, it's just an internet rumor that comparing too much with the JAV artist. |

Yep, Aichin is an innocent girl (or maybe a lady now  ) who not related to any AV or JAV work/s. 
Read your article, I just remember that there is one cover of JAV video which plagiarize さくらんぼ ＜CD＞ cover, released about 2 years ago. But I don't know the actress & the title, because I'm not interested with that.  |
