I'm guessing it's a japanese version of the seventeen? All the words are in japanese instead of the local english version

| I totally bought the CUTiE issue cuz' I saw her on it. I felt like such a sucker fan afterwards, I don't even like CUTiE magaine(the models aren't cute) she needs to do another Zipper issue >0< |

I've checked in the gallery but didn't found 4/9 of Oricon (though I doubt what 4/9 actually means, September issue of 2004?). There are 12/2003 and 07/2004. It's very kind of you to share with us what you have. |

There was no number or so - it inky says 4/9. so maybe 9 april ^^;;
