Hello all..!
Anybody buying to Ai-chin's Ai Am Best Tour?
I'm trying desperately to purchase from the avexlive website (http://avexlive.jp/).
But having no success so far..!
Guess being unable to read japanese has its disadvantage..
anybody else going, and had managed to get the tickets already?
please kindly let me know!!
by the way, i'm aiming for the May 24/25 concerts in Tokyo.. |

i'm going to the july concert in Osaka or Kobe...at least, i'm trying to go T_T
I think @-ticket is only a domestic service because you need a registration to purchase tickets and you need a japanese address to complete the registration...but i'm not sure (i can't read japanese)
A Japanese friend probably comes along with me so he'll purchase ticket for me ^^;
I don't know other ways to get tickets ahead of time if @-ticket is actually useless for non-residents |

hmmm i guess you're right.
i was able to register, as they'd an option to enter "overseas" in one of the addresses column. but i was never able to order tickets, and it seems like they only sell it to residents. |

Haha i got to that page too!
But I couldn't go any further. They showed me an error message that the order cannot be fulfilled at this moment, or something like that. (i was using an online translator)
Guess I have to find other means.. |

22, you must ask your friend in Japan to purchase for you, this is the only way, so sorry but our attitude is very isolated and chauvinist! (I learned these words from my uncle.) Japanese companies do not imagine there is any market outside Japan, because they have difficulty to imagine there is any world outside Japan, we are all this way, please excuse! |

Chauvanist... Too big and strange for me. Lol. I like to keep it simple.
If only Japan was accessible by train or car. I would go in an instant... plus the extra time for travel.
Is it true about Japanese companies being like that? |

| As someone who deals with Japanese companies as part of my work: Yes, they can be. They don't necessarily believe that there's nothing outside Japan, but they do tend to put the interests of the locals first. |

Hey,
I just spent a good long time at my local Lawson asking about tickets for the Ai am best tour, and it turns out that they don't go on sale until April 21st. Apparently the first run for VIPs and suchlike went on sale on March 23rd, but the tickets for the general public go on sale on 4/21, according to the ticket magazine and the clerk who gave it to me in the lawson. (trust me, i searched thru the ticket machine for like an hour hoping this wasn't the case.)
That's probably the error that everybody's been getting on the Avex official website... hope this helps to clear up any confusion as to why nobody's been able to get tickets yet...
oh, and tickets are around 6,300 yen or so. I don't have the magazine with me, but I'm pretty sure it was somewhere around there. Not sure what exactly that works out to in dollars, but probably around $58 or so.
As for me... I don't think I'm gonna be able to make it to a show... the only ones that I'd be able to see before I have to be out of the country are the Tokyo shows on May 18th and 24th... the first two nights... they're going to sell out in less than ten minutes, and I don't live anywhere near Tokyo... crap. oh well, I'll just watch my concert dvds and pretend I'm there or something. Yeah. |

| it'd be nice to go to see Ai live. Btw, what do you mean VIPs??? So...basically, after all the "important people" get their seats, the fans have to take whatever is left over!? that sux |

Why don't you buy the tickets from yahoo auctions-Japan through www.rinkya.com ???
I went to Tokyo's concert of the JAM PUNCH tour, I bought the tickets from yahoo auctions-Japan without placing a bid, I just e-mailed the seller in English and asked him to come to the hotel (where I stayed) to sell them to me ( since there were not any bids for his tickets).

Wow that seems risky. Last minute attempt to buy the tix? if you are unable to get it, then you won't get to see the concert? |
