I don't think she had plastic surgery. She's just naturally pretty and cute.  It's kind of annoying how a lot of people accuse every pretty artist of having plastic surgery. |

I understood that why some people would think in this way. If you look at Ai-chin in the PV "Sakuranbo" and "Renai Shashin", Ai-chin looks like two different people. Perhaps, it is because of time, but she really change a lot since her debut (in terms of her appearance)
After all, I still think that Ai-chin did not have a plastic surgery. |

I don't think she has had anyone. Like someone else said she is just naturally cute and pretty. With that said, even if she did I still like her. She's a amazing person who a fun personality and rocking songs.  |

I think Ai Otsuka is a wonderful artist whether or not she had plastic surgery.
However, I do believe she had cosmetic surgery on her eyes (which is very common and popular not only in Japan and Korea superstars, but also China). You can tell her eyes were not double eyelids in her younger years.

I agree with iheartai.
Does it really matter if she had it or not?
All people seem to care about is how she is on the outside. I mean, what if you see her when she's really sick or something. She'd have tissues stuck up her nose and her hair would be messed up. Haha, I have some guy friends that said they'd marry her in a second. Guys are so weird. Girls don't look like that ALL the time.
I like her music. She's very talented. She could have three heads and I'd still listen to her songs. |

i thought a while back she did say that she did have an eyelift or something. but i dont think its rly that big of a deal?. BoA has had it or something i'm pretty sure. and like everyone has been saying its her true talent that we love her for, not just judgin her by her looks or what she may have done to her face. true i dont rly agree with major plastic surgery *like face mutations or w/e lols* but i dont think an eyelift is rly that big of a deal. and iono stuff like braces can even count as a sort of facial surgery. and i've had braces so yeah i think i'm just rambling on now.
either way we love ai for being ai. and the love of her brilliant songs. |

Avril cuter than Ai!?
NO WAY!
I really don't like Avril...how can you even compare them?!
As for the plastic surgery, I think that Ai looks exactly the same as she did when she was a student in middle school and high school, she just has bigger eyes now, and she wears make-up. |

| I don't think she had surgery for double eyelids. On the otherhand, I think it's very possible that she could have used eyelid putty to make her eyes seems different, which is almost the same thing as surgery, only it's removable. |
