I´m quite interested how it´s with you and exercise? What´s your relation to it and so on.
I myself started doing exercise when I was 6. I was going to judo, but we were thrown out of the gym and it was really bad than, so I finished up at 12. After that it was kick box for 1 year. Than some skateboarding, but as my friend finished I was bored being alone all the time, so I finished to. And now I´m going to a gym for 1 year and I must say I built a really great relation to it, maybe also becase I finally started to put on weight (I had a terrible underweight) and also my power grew two times higher.
So what about you? |

Nothing beats a nice day outdoors in my opinion. I don't do any intense workouts but I take walks for a few miles everyday as well as 100 sit-ups; 50 in the morning and another set I complete in the evening. When I get the chance I also throw in some rather spontaneous sword-dancing into my daily routine. I just make sure I do enough to maintain a healthy body while doing something remotely enjoyable. I'm quite proud of my toned abs so I try all I can to keep it. In doing so I've also managed to keep a slim yet well-defined build. |

| I've been in fitness mode ever since the beginning of the second semester and it's been pretty sweet. I do at least two 10k runs every week a long with a day or two of weight training. I also have rugby practices on Sunday which makes the whole body soar in the both the good and the bad way. I'm actually still recovering from that... |

I used to get up early every morning and run for 2 miles.
And I used to play American football.
But for the past few months I've been lazy.
I should probably start running again.
It actually made me feel healthier. |

Very interesting, I thought you guys would be much more like home-sitting net-surfers. Glad to hear you´re doing sports. I´ve actually never made any relation to running, it is so boring for me, I´m more to extreme sports. But I bet you runners have a really great condition. |

| I played soccer on my school team. We run/lift weight at least twice each week. And play on the other 3. So it's pretty much constant exercising. I personally HATE running, and I still do. But I guess I just have to deal with it if I still want to play soccer... |

@Heisei: Right now I'm a net-surfer cos I can't do any sports for 2 weeks!! I'm still recovering from that nasty operation.
But I do love sport, it's very active and healthy. I like playing basketball with my friends, just for fun, very entertaining. I also like soccer. I'm a very competitive player. I've been in the attacker, midfielder and defender position. And each position works out for me okay. |

@ Carlito
Yeah, I know about your operation, but it should not stop you in doing sports in the future, right? I like basketball so much as well, but there´s a problem of finding players, because there´re only few people playing it quite well. I was never good at soccer though. It´s was always boring for me both to watch and to play, but now I´m getting better in it, I scored last time we played at school! |

Well I just got back from my appointment at the hospital. They said I'll be sidelined for 6 weeks! But in return, at least I got my bandage removed!! Shower time!! |

^ Easy to say, hard to follow No, just kidding, hope you´re going to be successful and find something suitable for you, everyone should.
Anyway, I´m thinking of starting with any martial art, but can´t decide what should it be... You guys, don´t you have some advice for me? I´m not against anything except judo and aikido (Actually think about starting with taekwon-do or ju-jutsu...) |
