Dont you just love it? sometimes, i wish i was a boy just so i could do this with my hair:

The best i can do is this without infringing upon my style:

Now the same guy who posted those picks on his site, also posted these vids on youtube:

Mwahahahaha i am so getting and on my HS9 (hair styling 9) class. I am forever indebted troneko.

Ahem
Sneeze
anyway lets discuss hair! What do you do with it? How long do you spend on your hair each day? How much do you spend on it?
any tips for styling it? I really need to know how to use styling wax...
Pics are always appreciated
Wink
Particularly i think hair care tips would be nice to share; silky, shiny, beautiful hair-i think this is what we want to know most ^_~

erm, what type of hair you want tho? actually if you want it to stay, waxing itself isnt enough. You need to hair spray it to keep it there.... They pinch their hair i think? Confused

I think the asiean beauty or something? theres a smooth down hair spray that makes your hair really look very sily and straight, doesn't look oily at all.

i shower every morning, apply the lorel smoothing lotion [ whatever its called ] while my hair is still wet and then blow dry it straight. I'm still having the bob hairstyle so i can't really blow it that straight or it'll not look bob. leave it 3/4 dry and let the air evaporate it. like this, I'll have nice straight and soft hair ^_^... If im going out, i'll use wax to wax down my front hair because i dont really bother about look good in school LOL.....

My friend did say about not washing your hair too much although i was my hair twice a day. She say it'll be all dried up but i think its more of each person's skin tho.

I wanted to make the kind of bang and hair kinda sticking up in the back like the first pick.

Say, would you happen to know what kind of hair colour would go well with tan skin? i wanted silver when i was younger, naive to the fact that it would make me look darker Shifty

Oh you want it like the first picture? (almost said pick xD)
That one doesn't really involved wax at all. For that one you need to tease it. (you take hairspray and spray it from the bottom then use a comb and slowly comb it up)

If you want like a few strands to stand up and kind of "curl" up. You take a curling iron and curl the few strands you want to curve up then wax the tips/spray.

Ahh very useful thanky ^_~

I was just looking up some hair stuff a few days ago, and i found a simple way to help make your hair look healthier. Water and milk. Your hair absorbs most the stuff that water and milk puts into your body, you have to drink a lot though, about 4 cups of each; actually washing your hair with plain yogurt about once a month will give it a beautiful shine and feel.

Some of this stuff im getting from his blog; dont worry im translating it to english ^_~ . But there is no dialogue in the vids, so no need to panic.

Well, first off, there is an order to it:

Towel dry hair⇒ Blow dry⇒ Straightening iron⇒ Styling wax/Nigelle matt scrunch foam

So starting from the iron
Point※A straightening iron can be used for more than straightening (shock!)

#2
Please note, that though you cant see it, hes using hair wax.

#2.5
Sorta like more detail and useful version of above. The product he is using is "Nigelle mat scrunch foam". I was told combining mousse and hair spray might work for same effects, since this product isnt available here, but if not hair wax will work.

#3
This is for doing the back. In my opinion, it is the number one problem, so watch closely.

I take a shower, wash my hair. Then I dry it, and that's it. Yeah, I don't really do my hair or anything special. That, plus my beard, sometimes make me look like a bum or something like that. It's pretty cool.

Hm, since I have only 1,6 cm long hair, I donīt need to do anything with it. Smile Just wash it, dry it with a towel (itīs absolutely dry then) and 3 seconds of giving it a "shape". .) Thatīs all I need to do. Itīs kinda advantage, but I wish I have long hair and I can do this Japanese-style haircuts. Smile (You can see how it looks when I let my hair grow in Member Pictures Thread, I canīt really do anything with it...)

LOL I just watched that video and now I wanna get a straightener... I always knew that you could do it like that but I was never quite sure how. (Oh btw, you might wanna try that cause it also seems healthier for your hair... I've heard scary stories of people saying they lost clumps of hair from teasing... as for me for a while Ihad a problem where I lost about 10 strands of hair every time I washed... and I kind of wonder now if it was connected with the amount of spray I used to use; also if you do spray it remember to spray upwards)

Hey could you post the website, too? I'm kind of interested in how he does it. I might try it the next time after I get a cut.

oh man i accidentally did that to my hair before cause i was hurrying ><

if you don't know how to tease, [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aZ0PtX-cLfw]click].
i found this really useful when my friends directions were too confusing&she sent me this Grin

i want to cut my hair, more layers and i might try the magic straight, cause my hair frizzes. and maybe some extensions for it to be longer cause it might get shorter
*sighs* if my hair was silky straight, it be so much easier...
yup yup yup ...
