What do you guy's think of the setlist overall?
What would you take out or add in? Anything that stands out in paticular?

Personally I find it OK. Yumekui is a good start but then she just takes it to a more softer atmosphere straightaway with the B-sides and her debut single. I'm more into the hyper fun openings like from the JAM PUNCH Tour.

I really wonder Amai Kimochi Maru Kajiri is on there. It's one of my top 5 Ai songs, but it is afterall a B-side, and if she wants to give B-sides attention, she should do other ones! How I want so much for Natsusora and Hoshikuzu to be performed! Hanakimi Jane wasn't a good choice for me personally... but I guess it does the trick like drop. did.

It's funny Ai took my least favourite singles, Biidama and Kuroge... and made jazz versions, that will keep me entertained a bit more... I'm most interested in hearing these, no idea what the jazz will sound like.

Katamoi DIAL again.... Hm...... Not too happy about that....

Judging from the setlist, I think there's 4 portions to the setlist. 01 - 06 is the laid back stuff. 07 - 13 is the serious ballad section. 14-18 is the hyperness before the end of each main set, and then of course there's the encore. Has some correlations with the JAM PUNCH Tour in my opinion... I hope there's nice costumes!

It's great we get to hear PEACH!! I'm still annoyed they push the release date back...

Personally I'd take out Katamoi DIAL and Hanakimi Jane without a question. I want Strawberry Jam to be performed and released on DVD.... Sad

I think it's a good setlist, but is missing some great songs like "sensu" and "friends" but it's good we can listen to the full PEACH song for the first time!!!...

I like the songs on the setlist Nod
But I don't like the order very much..it's now the 'normal' songs, the ballads and the hyper songs.
I would like it better if it was more..alternate.
But overall is it not bad Smile
I would like to hear Kuroge Wagyuu Joshio Tanyaki 680 Yen and Biidama in jazz version, and ofcourse PEACH Boogie
Now I wanna go to the concert even more Shifty

The list is not bad, but worse than I expected. Sad It reminds me much of LOVE IS BORN, beginning with Yumekui, then some mid-tempo songs (B-side ones), her ballads and the up-beat ones. How Happy Days, Kataomoi Dial and Sakuranbo combine really reminds me of LOVE IS BORN... No I liked it but for the second time it's a bit boring.

And they excluded Amaenbo and Friends.... Mad

And the B-side choice is not so good. I agree with HilaryDuffFanBoy. I like Amai Kimochi Marukajiri but it's a bit too slow for the beginning. Hanakimi Jane is one of Ai's songs I like less than others. Yeah, why not Hoshikuzu? I would like to hear her perform Shobandama, Strawberry Jam or Hoshikuzu more (as the choice for the songs not included in her BEST).

IMO a bit boring programme. Anyway, I didn't watch the concert (and won't have the chance to go Sad) so don't know for sure. Maybe it'll be better in the concert? We'll know after the DVD release (of which i'm quite sure).

Just my opinion...... Sakuranbo
To tell the truth I'm rather bored with Sakuranbo...

I think that the second choice in the poll tells my opinion perfetly. I really miss Friends and Pretty Voice, than Amaenbo for sure. It really made me surprised to see PEACH on list. And I´m also disappointed of the structure of program. She´s keeping almost all faster songs for the end of the show, I think she should stagger it.
Well I can´t judge it objectively without seeing the performance, so I´ll see better after watching to the DVD... But I suppose that the LOVE COOK Tour had better song list.

Like Nyanchi, I like all songs but not the order. Yumekui is again first... and I don't think it's good btw the list is interessting. Planetarium and Sakuranbo are here so everything is fine Tongue

And even if it's her 'Ai am best tour', they excluded some good singles from the list Sad I think it's a negative point ...

I aggree with you HFB. She had many b-side fillers in this setlist as well as a slow start. I really liked her JamPunch setlist much better since it had a fun start. The concert is almost a replica of her 3rd anniversay concert. "Yumekui" first, then afterwards slow b-side songs, then piano songs, then a happy-fun ending.

I don't like the "Frienger" single overall so the b-side in the beggining wasn't even necessary. This setlist is average, nothing special or anything. No medley's, or from what it seems, fun introductions. 24 songs isn't that bad tho however the "Sakuranbo" extra in the encore isn't very necessary at all either. Why perform it again, and yes... i know it's very popular but why again...

Most likely, I will buy this dvd, if they release one.

I notice a few people have commented on how Sakuranbo is repeated time and time again.... well quite frankly, it's what made Ai a star. And the "Mou Ikkai" connotations spurs Ai and the audience wanting to perform and hear it once again because it REALLY gets the crowd going. It just isn't an Ai concert if Sakuranbo isn't performed. Very much like Ayumi Hamasaki and her concert staples like Boys & Girls and Evolution and UNITE!.

I know that, but why perform it twice at a concert? Once is fine, and there could've been another song to take its place in the encore is what i'm saying. Tongue

The setlist somewhat resembles that of the Love is Born performance, structure wise, and it even starts off with Yumekui. A plus maybe would be the jazz version of Biidama and Kuroge Wagyuu Joshio Tanyaki 680 Yen and also the new song PEACH. Wink Im also not really too fond of frienger, but B-sides that are not as over-performed would be something I will look forward to. And I'll also prefer more piano solos, 2 isnt quite enough but maybe because there's already another 2 version of jazz.
I also see BABASHI inside the list..lol. The thought of the song being performed live is really..hmm..I dont know how to put it, but I'll really want to see it Giggle
About the Sakuranbo repeat, I dont mind it actually, since I never gets bored of it. And repeating the song at the last encore just bring things into a new high, I guess that's what it was meant to be. On the whole, i think having a new structure/arrangement would have been more interesting. Though I'll still buy it if it comes out on DVD. Nod

I think it's ok.

I agred with you guys. I think it's sooo similar to her other tour that there's pretty much nothing fun in it. She always used the same song. Maybe she could used some song that's never been perform... Sad

I think the tracklisting was quite okay, she seemed to try including everything. I would've liked Amaenbo too but overall I've got little to complain about.
