So what music festivals do you have in your countries? Do you go to them? What are they like?

I put a self imposed ban on myself in accordance with these events as I know I would be arrested within the first hour, that is all i'll say. I also only like attending performance of one group I like and listening to them for 1and a half or 2 hours by themselves, cause they usually do some intresting new songs or covers.

I like festivals, although I havenīt been to one for a long time. Itīs probably because my music taste is in Japan now and I donīt listen to any stuff going to festivals here. But if thereīre good bands, I summon few friends and we go there immediately.

I love fests even though they don't have them much where I live anymore since we recently lost our Ampitheatre, but one time ones and touring ones are great. Though it's great to see bands in smaller venues playing longer sets the festavile type thing is always so fun.

I went to Glastonbury! It was a shame about the sticky mud making it twice as hard to walk anywhere but I made the most of it with randomness and Japanese people Giggle

I wish I'd known! Surprised We could have met up for the first UK Channel Ai outing thingy! Only 2 people (or 174,998 if we counted everyone else there!) but it's a start.

It was indeed a bit sloppy, but nothing a pair of good wellies couldn't handle, we had a fantastic time. We arranged to camp with about 40 other people through the Festival Forums, it was one of my fave Glastonburys, and my 8th one I think...

Speaking of Japanese people, did you see Hiromi on the Jazz World stage? Absolutely amazing Boogie

No I didn't see Hiromi. The person I was with was being a bit awkward when I wanted to check out artists just because they were Japanese Smile

I ditched him to go and see DJ Scotch Egg though! Got to hang out with him and Sh*tmat for a bit afterwards too, nice guys.

The best times for me were when I ditched the people I was with and went on my own adventures and made new friends. Then once I got bored of them I ditched them and moved on Giggle I'm so bad!
