I ordered my copy through SIngapore's Kino about two weeks ago and I just got a call that it has arrived  It costs SGD60.20.
Maybe you could get your copy through them too... ... |

i just received my copy. (thank you, eyn!  )
about 3/4 of it is actually not photos of ai, but photos taken by ai.
then there is a little section of photos of ai taking photos 
then there is a section of photos of ai. 
mostly the photobook is a collection of photos taken by ai to show all the places she has been and to reveal the type of life that the people live, which sadly is often impoverished.
there is indeed nudity in the photobook, but it is not supposed to be seductively provocative, but rather graphically illustrate the problems related to poverty and prostitution.
overall, don't expect the photobook to be full of beautiful photos, but it is certainly an eye-opening experience. |

^ maybe? i'm not sure.
but i do know that only 1/4 of it includes ai, and none of the photos of ai take up a whole page.
it's actually like a whole collage of a dozen or so photos on each page in the ai section. |

ok..so this thread is a bit dated but I finally managed to upload some pages from LOVE WORLD to Ch-Ai's gallery
I saw many people requesting it from other topics but here you are...

| I finally ordered my copy on HMV along with the new Ai single and Ayumi's new single! Finally I will get my hands on this... the cover is so pretty and I've always wanted to look inside. |

really?! but I remember when I "was sakuranbo" I was able to view the gallery and later I was able to upload pictures... |
