Actually i am curious about educations in countries other than my own. I will appreciate it if some of you can share your studying experiences with all the Ai fans. As for myself, i am currently studying A-levels (which is not even an examination from my country). Hope to hear from all of you.

Well there are compulsory subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English and Humanities. You get to choose two other classes of your choice which are Sports Science, Design & Technology, Multimedia and Visual Art. Nod

I still study today, it has taken me to a standard I have never thought I would be in. It rewarded me with 5 academical awards (Science, Mathematics, Humanities, Music, Religious Education) and I am real proud of my success so far. I'll try to maintain my working-hard spirit, I hope. Wink

I'm in my third year of Biosystem Engineering and I plan on specializing in Environmental Engineering. For me, studying all depends on the subject. If it's something dry and seemingly irrelevant I more then likely won't get into studying. I'm not saying that I won't study, that'd be academic suicide. I'll study but it'll be harder then it should be and I'll complain and drag my feet the entire time. On the other hand, if you've got me studying something that I'm totally into and I just find interesting and relevant then studying is a breeze and some times even enjoyable. That's Biosystem Biology for me; the course it just filled with a lot of cool thing about how nature works and little things that you can appreciate every day.

Hmm I'm in my final year of high school at the moment. I'm studying Extension 2 Mathematics, Advanced English, Physics, Chemistry and Japanese Continuers. I was going to continue with Japanese extension but then I would have an excess 3 units that I wouldn't need for the HSC (Higher School Certificate..an examination in New South Wales) so I dropped that unfortunately.
Extension 2 is the highest level of whichever subject you do, however they no longer have ext 2 science etc...only ext 2 Math and ext 2 English. I love the math, sciences and Japanese but i absolutely freakin hate English! Laughing I suck at that subject.
I'm still not sure what to take in university though...I was thinking engineering or architecture at the moment. If I pursue engineering I can continue mathematics Boogie ok that was perhaps a little nerdy...

i'm studying computer science at unicersity, 3rd year. and right at this moment i'm studying functional programming.
some courses are just outrageously boring, but a lot are fun. i'm having a good time here. Smile mostly...
i want to study some japanese too, though (like my brother). i have opportunity to go studying computer science in japan, but to be able to do that i must do a test in japanese because all the teaching is in japanese. so that's probably not going to happen. Tongue i'd like to go there and visit my cousin who's studying japanese there, though.

i'm currently not a student. i quit my university last august, and unemployed now. last time i studied food science and nutrition. it's kinda boring, so i decided to quit as fast as possible.
i plan to start my study again next year. and as my major, it would be video and media arts. but well... if i failed at the entrance exam, there's no way that i have to continue studying science

I'm sad to hear that you find food science and nutrition boring. Actually I'm a graduate of Nutrition and Dietetics. Maybe it's not your line of work. Hope you can go back to college soon with a course that you really want.

I am currently studying Digital Entertainment Technology. It has 2 specialization, Game Creation and Technical Directors. I choose the technical director track and its about creating special effects in movies, helping to speed the production of a movie. It is very interesting but the market in Singapore is too small. If i really want to venture into this industries, i must move overseas. And one more thing is it takes alot of time to excel in this area. Thats why my results are quite sucky. Haha.
