@Sonny
Yeah and credit to Israel for performing professionally as they have nothing to play for except pride. I personally thinks Agger is better than Hyypia and Benitez will surely place him alongside Carra as soon as he is fit.

@davedim
I cant say whether Club or internatonal football is better but sometimes we should watch both. Take myself for example, a Liverpool win will lift my otherwise dull day. Giggle

Aggar is definitely first choice, he is the one that can get the ball out of defense work it into an attack. Since Xabi Alonso is gone, we don't have someone who can pass it as well as he does, previously when Aggar was fit and Alonso was out, Aggar would be the one to make runs out of defense and play others in. The reason Liverpool isn't playing their best is because we miss those two (in my opinion Aggar more than Alonso)... Come back Aggar and Xabi!

I think(or hope) they will be back real soon ,and yeah, Liverpool definitely need their passing abilities and with the likes of world class strikers Torres, Kuyt, Voronin and Crouch waiting on the front line, Liverpool will score loads of goals. Giggle

Just finished watching the England Vs Croatia match. England are now officially out of Euro 2008. Croatia played extremely well. England tired, but mistakes bought them down. But I think this was all due to Mcclaren, his team selection was awful, full stop.

End score:

England 2 Croatia 3

Croatia and Russia move on from Group E.

ARGH! Man Utd lose to Bolton. Saha is useless. Fergie should sell him and get a more lethal striker.
And the striker depth is pathetic. Hope this defeat stir a 50 games unbeatable run.

Lol Manchester sure stuffed up, that is good for Liverpool! Liverpool killed Newcastle, end score 0-3! Newcastle was home as well... It just wasn't Torres' day... could have been 0-5... Awesome Gerrard free-kick by the way!

Go Reds!

Haha, i was overseas when Liverpool won but i still heard the result from the radio. When Gerrard is on fire, it is almost impossible to stop Liverpool winning and hopefully Liverpool will beat Porto by a big margin.

Yeah, the Porto game is on tomorrow morning in Australia, gotta watch that! Lets hope Liverpool puts on another masterclass performance. All they need to do is bring into the game their confidence from their last 3 matches, and then the result will definitely be positive.
