yes it's E A D G .. Nod

one thing I hate about tablature is they lack on describing tempo, or length of note. so much different with musical score, or musical sheets. so when I tried to play it, I have to listen to the music to get the real tempo or length of note then also have to memorize it.. Confused
I remember reading RHCP-Can't Stop bass tab,.. it's Flea, anyway.. the tab are full of slap, dep-slap and pull, they note it as x, ^, P, etc. so confusing.. Tongue

But, tablature is easier for guitar-like musical instrument.. but not for violin etc... I don't know how they read those musical sheets,.. I remember I got moonlight sonata for guitar musical sheet.. I took me a month to learn to play it.. Laughing

i included the chords in the sheet music for "Pocket" and the song's accompaniment is very chord-based already so it should be playable on guitar.
Pocket also has a guitar finger-picking accompaniment separate from the piano part, but i didn't include that in my piano solo arrangement because it is not possible to play both the guitar part, the piano part, and the vocal part on the piano simultaneously since they overlap a lot.
if you would like me to transcribe the guitar part for "pocket", i'll try to find time to do that during my winter break (mid-december) just in time for christmas Smile

Its very playable on guitar Nod
You don't need to worry about the guitar part, I think that the sheet is enough for me!!! Smile
Thank you!!!

I'm interested in trying out your arrangement for Pocket but I think the mediafire link isn't working anymore?

^ that is really odd. my mediafire files seem to have vanished.
wel, here's a link to the same file on my box.net account: Pocket Piano Arrangement (pdf)
i hope that works.
thank you for bringing that to my attention Smile

*edit*:
i just updated the list on the first post of this thread to reflect the updated link.
i also just realized that i forgot to add sicodoc's bass tab of "HEART" to the list so i just did that too.
sorry, sicodoc.

i haven't gotten around to any more transcribing. i've been um, watching ai's pvs Shifty xD and homework of course
Pocket + Ticket are such a stellar winter combo. i think i'll figure out how to play Ticket on the piano just for fun. don't expect a transcription of that song anytime soon. it's 100 times easier to figure out how to play it (with correct but improvised harmonies) than to transcribe it.

alright. after 3 grueling hours of straining my ears and notating like crazy.
i present you as a thanksgiving present (yes, i know it's early) the Live Piano version of Himawari!

i also changed the link to the Pocket Piano Arrangement.
Sorry for the inconvenience but I wanted to add a link to my site at the bottom of the pdf so people would be able to find all my other arrangements and read my music blog if they had the sheet music but forgot where they got it.

i just updated the list and info about sheet music in the first post of this thread.
please read and be enlightened Tongue
it would be nice if people uploaded the sheet music that they have so i don't have to transcribe songs that already have official sheet music and such.
btw, does anyone have a link to where I can get the sheet music for LOVE COOK. either as a purchase or a link to the files themselves?
also, does anyone have any info on the sheet music book for LOVE PiECE?
thanks! Smile

i actually started tabbing out pocket's guitar parts with ease so far. when im done id like you take a look at it. you have guitar pro? cause thats what im tabbbing it out on. since we're exchanging things people... someone could tell me the chords for kumuriuta? lol, i can barely hear the chords since there isnt a instrumental for the song.

new edit:

i finished basically the electric guitar parts and it sounds really good lol. and i basically finished the finger picking by using hiro's piano sheets as a reference.

that's awesome! Smile
i don't have an electric guitar. just an acoustic, but i'll try playing it anyway.
i do not have guitar pro. do you know how i could get it, or if you could please convert it to a pdf file?
there are free pdf converters online, like CutePDF, which is what I use.

i could get the chords of kumuriuta for you, but i'm busy at the moment. give a day or two Wink

Finally I got a chance to play your pocket piano sheet, so busy lately,..
hmm.. seems like you combine the bass part and the piano part on the intro,.. it gives me a hard time to play it at first,.. but it's fun playing it.. you done a great job..

unfortunately, I really really bad on reading musical notes.. Sad I just realize it when I tried to play it..
but no problem, I can memorize it, it's easier than reading, and plus my friend also teach me how to read-and-play hehe.. it's my bad anyway, I should listen to my mom n dad, they told me to learn to read musical notes when I was child.. Embarassed

we all should learn music when we were child, coz music could be one of those stress releasing things to do when we grown up. but, I remember it's quite boring learning music when I was child..
