Hello everyone~
I need some help here 
I'm going to Japan with my dad on Dec.31 (arrive) until Jan.9
Our plan is to focus on Tokyo and Osaka (4 days each)
and we would like to stay in minshuku instead of hotel (if it's too expensive)
we want to stay in the same minshuku/hotel in each city and travel using JRPASS
I would like to know if you guys have any recommandation of places to visit, stuff to buy, food to eat, and other must know stuff 
Oh~and I want to go to GHIBILI STUDIO (kind of for sure but it has to fit into my entire plan)
My dad throws this to me and expects me to complete a plan within the next week or so
Please help me~ For people who had already went to Japan please please help

Tokyo you say? If you like high tech gadgets, awesome electronics, the latest in mp3 players, cameras etc...Akihabara is a must visit. That place is like an entire street dedicated to those sorts of things. As for other places to visit...hmm...it's been awhile since I've been there! Btw, I'll be arriving there on the 9th

When you get to Osaka don't forget to try takoyaki and okonomiyake, both very good, but I prefer takoyaki 
and also try to go to Osaka Castle and Nara, for shopping I would have to say Dotonbori. They have alot of shops for clothes and cheap too. |
