First off many people don't know what metro-sexual means. It means someone that's really into fashion and clothes and having good hair. I have no idea why in english they call it that. It has nothing to do with being straight or gay or anything like that. Just modern fashion.
I was just wondering if there was anyone out there that's like that. Maybe we could talk about good fashion and apparel. And some good hair products. I'm not really a metro-sexual person but i'm kinda a wanna be. I don't get really into it but i have some really styling stuff. |

my cousins are metro-sexuals...
they always have hair-cuts every week, they have new shoes every two or three months, and they're very conscious of their skin tone. they cover the back of their necks when walking ooutside in the afternoon.
they're pretty vain. |

I agree, that happens when you are too metro-sexual. btw, I found the definition of metro sexual, check this out!
If you read properly, I think it refers to guy who are trendy, cool, kinda girlish but not gay by any means. I'm definitely not metro sexual... and for some reason a metro sexual guy in my opinion would look like Jude Law lol. |

oh haha, i wasn't sure if metro-sexual was a real word. i just thought i was. Yeah that's my friend soto.
And about the back of the neck thing. I hate that so much. The back of my neck is super tan while the rest of me is a good shade of tan. >_> it's not vanity. It's important to look good. =b
these are some pictures from his blog. His hair is really cool right now. Those are kinda old pictures. |

Anyway, is metro-sexual only applied to guy or can be applied to girl also?
I think I'm kind of normal type, not into fashion but not too old-fashioned either. But I like looking at people being stylish.
Anyway, can I ask about Japanese fashion? Is it true that Japanese people like to follow fashion trends? |
