I want to make a collection of Ai's PVs, all in .avi format. All went well (using eyn's method in this topic). The only problem was that tracks in DVD are divided without regards to anything. For example, I has ripped the LOVE PiECE DVD and now there are 2 VOB files. So I ripped the one with Kumuriuta, HEART and U-boto. But the U-boto PV interruptedly ends...to be continued in the 2nd VOB file. How can I merge these 2 parts?
Well, shortly, how can I merge 2 avi files? Anyone know how or the programme that can do this, please tell me. Thanks in advance. |

One way to merge two or more *avi files (and applies to VOB to, if you don't mind it only being played on a PC), is to use Matroska. Basically just compiling a load of files (video, audio, subtitle, etc) into one single file for ease.
See here
I use this application to compile Matroska files
As for merging two VOB files when wanting to burn them to a disc which you want to play on a DVD player (if you do), then I don't know - I watch everything on my PC You can rip a DVD and choose for it to be sent to one single VOB file, but I think that's different to what you want
Hope that was what you wanted to know |
