Informations on the new single had been updated:
Its a double A-side Single titled [ ロケットスニーカー / One x Time ], with the lead A-Side tied up as an ending theme tune to a television program titled "さんまのまんま".The program will shown every Friday on two different television network.

I hope it's good this time since "Pocket" was her worst single to date! I'm hoping for something like "Yume kui" or something pop rather then her goofy fun songs. I wouldn't mind another kinda of "Happy Days" either.  |

SMILY, Happy Days, 黒毛和牛上塩タン焼680円 and ポケット were awesome.
I can't really think of an Otsuka Ai single I haven't liked.
But yeah, this is awesome news.
It's been far too long since her last single. |

Good news. Good gap between latest single and this new one. Enough time to collect money. 
This one should be more of upbeat, taking into account that the last one, Pocket, is a ballad. Yeah, I think we are in a mood for a fun song now.

Yeh! Finally, I hope we can hear that preview a bit sooner than expected!
It also seems that Ai-chin has open up her new blog on Pakila, along with a slew of popular Japanese artists. However, membership is needed to view the posts.  |

Yay, a new spring single! It's about time we had a new song. I hope this one is a happy bouncy fun song like SMILY. So I guess the Ai no Kagaku / Star single was just a rumour?  |

I just got an email from CDJapan today confirming this. Can't wait to see (and more importantly, hear) it.
I don't think Pocket was her worst single, but I didn't like it enough to buy it either. I always found Smily kinda annoying (although the video was funny), and Bidama is "so so" at best. I would have to agree that that one was worse than Pocket. Happy Days is a bit silly, but the B-side "Hoshikuzu" is great. But this is all beside the point. |

and I agree with you that it isn't her worst single. I don't really hate any Ai singles but I do get sick of the hypo songs sometimes haha. Thats prob cause I'm in a bad mood
It feels like it might be an upbeat song since Pocket WAS a ballad, but the title sounds more ballad-dy to me iunno...Ai's pretty unpridicatble haha  |

wow! this news totally made my day!!! I have been wondering what's up with Ai-chan's release recently. There is such a long gap between pocket and her next single.

| While I'm glad she finally announced a new single, the release date makes me I seriously was hoping for a mid april early may release But I'm sure since she had so much time to get the single ready it will be awesome! Cant wait to see the covers and the tracklist! |
