Koda Kumi is wonderfull. I like her smoky Voice, it's have a nice sond in ballads. my fisrt song from her was freaky, after that. I buy her 3 best off albums "best ~first things~", "best ~second session~" and "best ~bounce & lovers~". I like more her ballads. I think it is so, because i like generally up tempo-songs more then ballads. but now back to kumi-chan!
My favourite Album from her is "Kingdom", after that "Black Cherry! The Songs from "Kingdom" are nice, a balanced weight between ballads and up tempo-songs. The Cover of "Black Cherry" looks good, it habe a Emo, resp. a spooky touch, and the album is still good.
I'm really tense of her new ballad, it calls "Crying Moon", right? I'm not verry current schooled  ! |

Nice to see another kumi fan <3  Yup her new single will be called Moon and will have 4 songs, Moon Crying being the ballad, That Ain't Cool with Fergie, 「Once Again」作詞/作曲PUSHIM & the fourth song is untitled for now. Moon Crying sounds like a nice ballad  Have you heard a preview for it? If not you can here dl it here:

Anyhow nice choices to start with getting into ku's music by trying out her best albums (Although I always thought Best Second Session shouldn't of been called "Best"  because if you weren't one of the crazies collecting the 12 singles then it was new for you  Anyhow if you haven't heard her album "Secret" I suggest trying it out. It's one of her best.

Those may be Ku's best single covers EVER. I can't wait to see larger high-quality versions.
I love the woman for some odd reason, considering I don't care for her voice (therefore, I'm usually not fond of her ballads). Also odd considering I only really love Kingdom, of all her albums (aside from MORE and Black Cherry, it's just about perfect). Black Cherry was a good album, but the sequencing sucked, too many singles...plus I hate Ningyo-hime, Milk Tea, and Candle Light.
Ah well, she's improved. Go new single~. Also, I heard it's four songs on all editions (Moon Crying, Once Again, That Ain't Cool, and Nameless Mystery Song) AND a first-press bonus track too. So... possibly five new songs. Sweet. Between her, Ai, BoA, Tomiko Van, and Hitomi Shimatani all having three or more new songs to chew on for their new singles, I'm in heaven (plus Ayu and Namie's latest singles too).
Anyone think Moon Crying sounds a bit like Ayumi's CAROLS based on the preview? The melody and swelling kinda remind me of CAROLS a bit. Not complaining, I love CAROLS. |

| I love the covers She looks so beautiful She's got black hair and a long flowing dress <3 Been awhile since I've seen her with dark hair Anyhow I can't wait for the Larger Covers. I ordered the Cd + Dvd version So I'm really looking forward to the single. Usually when Ku announces a single it's like Boom you get the covers, tracklist and everything all at once. But with this single it's been a little at a time with the information. So basically each day I'm just anticipating more & more |

| The Covers are very beautiful, I like her black hair, it looks better like the blond hair. The Songs are verry pretty too, her voice is so awesome in these songs ! |

Japan Roll just released the full song for Moon Crying. Haven't listened to it just yet but it's in the process of d/ling...dunno why my internet has been acting so slow these past few days.
EDIT: Just listened to it. It's a really beautiful song albeit a little stereotypical as an asian ballad |

| I think the verses are better than the chorus. It's better than Ai no Uta I guess, but she has better ballads. Like Yume no Uta and hands. |

Although I do like Moon Crying, I do miss her older ballads like Promise & Hands, or even the more recent You & Yume no Uta.
It wasn't until I read your post HilaryDuffFanboy that I realized I've been missing Ku's older style. I always skip Ai no uta on Kingdom not to mention other songs too 
I hope this new single is really good. It's honestly been a long time since I've listened to Koda & been into her music. |

| Thanks AiiR for the preview. I remember seeing the lyrics the other day. The whole song is in english except for a few japanese words. At least from the lyrics I saw. |
