copyright O.o that from the Avex channel. Avex has pretty much taken it all English streaming sites.
Weird ... well there's still Chinese streaming sites but they don't load as fast as YT

the PV is really bland though, it's pretty but it's so boring that I feel it takes away from the power of the song. I'm surprised they didn't put in clips from the movie since this song is tied to the movie afterall. Why not promote the movie along with the song ... but that's just what I think.

I downloaded the PV via Torrent now. I think the PV is ok, nothing special, a bit boring. It reminds me of "Megumi no Ame": Heavy song, boring PV. At least she looks good in the video  .. |

Hmm so right now on ORICON charts BALLAD is ranking at 11th place for the daily Singles chart

According to Chinese forums she was ranking in 8th earlier in the week. It's a lot higher than I expected since not everyone likes the song (as compared to her last single anyway ...), so I'm happy for her to have been in the top ten at some point. Hopefully, she'll return to the top ten again.
It's not her strongest single but it's not her weakest either. I enjoyed the new version of 幸せの鐘 even though I've heard it in a live performance before and the changes are huge.

I loved the new song  Although I still haven't ordered it yet. I've been quite behind on most of my ordering lately. Anyhow Thanks for the pics, I love how she looks at a-nation, It would be nice if she made it on the DVD  |

| Hmm...I'm not too sure if I really like BALLAD. I think it'll take time to grow on me, or it never will at all. Right now I don't really like it except for the introduction. |

I think this is one of my favorite lives from her. I really like the wailling in the beginning, she looks beautiful here (even more so than she normally does) and the musicians and back-up singers were great too. If anyone has the original video let me know please!
Oh and her performance on CDTV is up on JPS. If I find it on YT or DM or YK, I'll post the link here.
And so far her daily single rankings by the date of release have been #11,#9,#14, #13
That's not bad, at least she's ranking in the top 20s now. |
