The ending of the CM is sooo cute  . The song is okay, nothing special, sounds like a 2nd "Sora Uta"... |

Great news!
alan will be releasing another single on Nov 4th and her second Japanese album on Nov. 25!!!
I'm not 100% sure what the new single will be titled but it may be "My Life" since her next song is suppose to be for a PSP game (I'm not sure which game yet). For sure the next single is the song featured on the CM I posted earlier. But I hear from some Chinese forums that that song is suppose to be slowed down in half, so essentially think of the song in the CM with the tempo decreased by half ... something like that.
I'm not sure what the album is called, but it'll feature the three singles she's had/will have since Voice of Earth. I'm not 100% sure about the tracks since there seems to be a bit of conflicting information from various sources. But for sure there will be at least 13 tracks + a bonus track (I've heard there may be more than one bonus track though ...).
And (I'm SO excited about this!) another track will be a live version Nada Sou Sou!! I love her cover of this song, so I can't wait.

There's also suppose to be another track called "GOD EATER" ... I have no idea if this will have any tie-in ...
As per usual both the single and the album will have a CD Only and a CD+DVD
DVD for the album will include the PVs for all three single. At this time, I'm not sure what other content will be on the DVD (if any)
First Press for the album will include a 20 page mini-photobook plus a form. That form can be submitted in conjunction with a leaflet from her new single to enter to win a chance to her live in January 2010. However, I bet it's only for Japanese residence as per usual ...
Pre-orders are being taken at Neowing for both releases, so it won't be long till they start popping up at other online retailers.
On some quick things about BALLAD
so far it's peaked at ORICON at #7 for daily singles. Can't remember the exact date though. And it does look like AVEX has been promoting it in Japan, as evidenced by these pictures

awesome news. she sure is busy. lately i've been listening a lot to her and wished she had a bigger discography, even if the one she has is amazing as it is. i didn't expect another album this year, maybe early next year sometime. so i'm certainly not complaining. will look forward to this!
and thanks for the link to that song, i hadn't heard it before.  sounds good.

shouldn't be so hard to be happy anyway, i mean 13 + 1 - 3 = 11 new songs! unless they cram in some of the b-sides... though i doubt they will. Kuon no Kawa's b-side is its chinese version, Shiawase no Kane has been released enough of times already, and putting the whole next single on the album that's released less than a month away seems like a stupid move. |

Ah, that makes sense. I didn't think alan would have a song called "GOD EATER" ... sounds more like a High and Mighty Color song XD
but technically there's already four confirmed tracks, that being the a-sides of the three singles and Nada Sou Sou ... but 10 (possible) new songs is still a lot of new songs. |

| hehe, well, Nada Sou Sou is pretty new for me too. and the new single isn't out yet either, and hopefully we haven't heard any version of its b-side before either, so counting them we got at least 12 new songs. *hopes for multiple b-sides... and bonus tracks too btw* |

| I wonder what the bonus track will be ... I just came across RED CLIFF ～心・戦～ modern rock version this morning (though that was only available at Tower Records) ... so I wouldn't be surprised if they made a different version of some song. |

I think they include a new version of "Kuon no Kawa", because this was her highest selling single up do date, but I don't know, of course  . |

Ah, I'm so glad! Ten (or eleven) new songs? I'm really holding out for this new album. I really enjoyed Voice of Earth, but I felt it didn't live up to its highest potential, and there were only five album tracks (excluding Tennyo ~interlude~ and Together) and I found most of those somewhat lackluster (for alan standards) It felt more like a compilation for her incredible A-sides.
I also hope she's going to get more involved and have more control over her songs for this album, writing or composing some of them, since Together is really stunning. |

yay, finally a new b-side, i cant wait to hear the two songs, i think "beauty" sounds more like a "megumi no ame" song or something like that  . but... i thought the name of the single is "my life" and not "Swear" ? Whysoever, I can't wait . |

awesome. i read on last.fm that she will be dancing in the PV for the single, and that the song is going to be jazzy. will be interesting to hear.
also, alan will have her first concert on december 13th! (she's never had a concert before? crazy!)
anyways... i hope for a live DVD sometime in the somewhat near future. |

Yay, great news. I stumbled upon these translations of alan's japanese and chinese blog, and one of them says,
'Tomorrow is also the recording for the album ~~~ 60% of the songs tomorrow were written by me. Everyone please wait for it. It's definitely a good song...hohohohoho...'
Wah, this is great. I love it when artists get involved with their music, writing lyrics/arranging/composing and they don't just sing whatever's given to them. I'm definitely really looking forward to this second album~ |
