In this radio PodCast, she talk about her drawing of someone or something (that requested to draw by her listener), like this.
I like when she rants like that. |

Recently got an iPod Touch and time to make use of it.
Now I know that every week, there are updates on the podcasts and the radio show itself. But for those who want to listen to it live, this method works flawlessly...that is if you have an iPod Touch or an iPhone. It is very hard / impossible to find a live feed of TOKYO FM. The app itself is region locked to Japan, hence why I'm providing you guys this tutorial.
Now, the first thing you need is an iPod Touch of any generation. Since I'm using a 3rd generation, I'll be saying it in my perspective. This will also work on an iPhone, but do watch out for your own data usage if you are using 3G instead of WIFI.
Steps:
1. Get your iPod Touch / iPhone
2. Get the app from the app store called TOKYO FM. This app allows you to listen to the TOKYO FM radio stream live. To get this app, you must register an account with Apple app store Japan. (Will further explain on how to make an account)
3. Jailbreak your iPod Touch with Blackrain (Google is your friend), make sure your firmware is at 3.1.2 as 3.1.3 is currently not supported / not recommended. Do it at your own risk as this will void your device's warranty. REMINDER: DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR iPod, YOU MAY LEAVE IT ON STANDBY (Only for 3rd gen. users). I won't go into deep explanations unless it's necessary.
4. Once the process is done, launch Cydia
- Click on Manage at the bottom
- Click on Edit at the top
- Click on Add
5. Now it will prompt you for an URL, you will type 2 different ones:
http://cydia.xsellize.com
http://repo.beyouriphone.com
6. Now click on Search, type location, and you should see 3 different FakeLocation apps. Click on the one that says the following:
FakeLocation
from: BeYouriPhone (BeYoIP Apps)
Cracked Version from sp4m
Then click on Install, the process should take about 30 seconds to x amount of time, patience is key.
7. Once everything is done, go back to your home screen (iPod home screen, not the Cydia) and open the FakeLocation app. You will see a list of apps...select the TOKYO FM app and then click on Choose Fake Location.
8. Set the location to Tokyo, Japan. In theory, it could be anywhere in Japan...but for a guarantee work, just choose Tokyo. Once finished, close it.
9. Open the TOKYO FM app, and there you have it...free Japanese radio.
Overall...if you already Jailbroke the device, you can just follow steps 2, 5-9.
Now if you don't want to listen to LIFE - LOVE CiRCLE, you can also listen to other shows such as Perfume LOCKS! which is Perfume's talk show hosted every Thursday at 11PM Japan Time (9am Eastern)
Steps on how to get a Japan iTunes account.
This applies to all the other countries as well.
1. Go to iTunes App Store and change the region to Japan (This current method will work if it wasn't jailbroken, I forgot how to get through the app store if jailbroken.), connect your iPod / iPhone and then go to the app store using the device. The stuff should be changed to the Japanese stuff, if it doesn't work, restart your device.
2. Download a free app, it will prompt you to login. Instead, you register. This method is the only method that allows you to select "No Credit Card" as the payment option. If you totally ignored this part and instead, scrolled down to "Log In", you will not get the "No Credit Card" option. The app stores are fairly buggy and weird...but this is the most consistent method.
3. And hopefully it will work.
The TOKYO FM app uses Location Services to detect your location. If you are not living in Japan, then the app will not work, hence the reason for the jailbreak to fake the location.
If anyone is interested in listening to classical music and some unknown Japanese music, there is another radio station called Kikeru Radio. That one does not need the specific location.
If there are any problems, please post them here and I'll gladly guide you through it. As for the jailbreak process, that is up to you as I'm not familiar with Apple products. |

"Dr. SLUMP Arare-chan" was talked in today's Podcasts.
Do you know it ?
"Dr. SLUMP" is one of the most famous comics in Japan.
The author is Akira Toriyama.
(He is a very famous author. "DRAGON BALL" is one of his masterpiece.)
Arare-chan is an android cute girl and very very strong.
I like this animation, too.
Aichin mimics 3 words of this animation
1.keeeen ! (キーーーーン !)
When Arare-chan runs, she always say "keeeen !"
2.Ncha ! (んちゃ!)
It's a greeting phrase of Arare-chan.
3.Prupipo-!
Gacchan, one of her friends, always say.
Yeh, it's very good, Aichin !
And I remember my memory.
When I was a child, I used to watch a rebroadcast, and mistook "Dr.SLUMP" as "Dr.STAMP".
I didn't know a word "slump" at that time. |
