Rodri >_<!! I didn't think it was momo no hanabira I just thought the way she carried her voice reminded me of momo no hanabira
Laughing I'm a confusing individual Nod Anyhow I agree that this song could possibly be for another single, since this new song is already in a CM, it's basically being promoted, So it's probably not the 3rd song from the single

Wow, this song is nice! I do wish it will be released some time, 30 seconds' not enough for me Giggle I loved the CM too, it seemed quite creative for an insurance ad, but maybe that's just me.

I really love this and hope it will be the third track on the new single--that way we'll get to hear the full version sooner. Boogie

Nissay is a Japanese life insurance company. The story and tone of the PV is rather heartbreaking. It seems the boy and girl (most likely separate stories) have just lost someone dear to each of them. I think the campaign is trying to remind people of the importance of life insurance for taking care of those left behind after unexpected passings.

Below are the lyrics (so far) and CM text w/ loose translations:

    Lyrics:
    愛 生まれたときの涙を
    愛 知りながらこの手に持ってた

Love -- Tears upon being born
Love -- Knowing through holding this hand

    Text in CMs:
    Girl's Version:
    初めて、負けた。よし、がんばる。
For the first time, loss. It's alright, persevere/do your best.

    Boy's Version:
    負けた。よし、見てる。
    Loss. It's alright, you'll see.

    Tagline:
    生きること。と 愛すること。
    Live. & Love.
Sad Love

Oh might share my opinion as well on to this Smile
Ummm....but please don't lynch me becouse of this Giggle
Just a fans opinion
But i might be the first to disagree with how Ai's voice sounded to fit in this advertisement.
I don't find her voice to be smoothing to do for A cappella..
i mean she doesn't have that kind of voice her voice sounds too flat and dull when she does,

A cappelas No Ai has a quite typical voice...she has still to learn..only area where i find her tone to be smoothing is when she does ballad themed songs or when she does those mid-tempo songs but on songs like SMILY even if it's intended it's not nice to hear and same goes to her a cappelas they just dont have that necessary harmony.
But looking at the theme of the song it does fit to this advertisement. But there are people who can do better a cappelas then Otsuka.
But as i said, i feel that she doesn't have that flow in her voice that goes on the song progression when she sings without the instrumental backups, and that's why it sounds to me non-emotional perfomance.

I have to agree that Ai is not the best in A cappelas, but she has improved greatly on her vocal control, don't you think? Smile The difference is obvious when you compare her performance in "Love is born concert 2006 and 2007" She just won't stop improving herself. Thats one of the greatest reason that make me like her so much. Giggle Giggle

Laughing I agree...even more recently, I thought the main part of kumuriuta was not very well sang... and not long after that Pocket had showed that she improved a lot!

I think it sounds plain terrible and I hope I never see such a mistake from Ai ever again. I basically cringed when I heard it and it wasn't from what the cm was proposing. I completely agree with Kawai-no...she fails at a capellas.

As for vocal control...I'm still not much of a fan of seeing Ai sing live. I've always enjoyed her studio versions more than her live versions. Her performances are usually fun to watch, but I'll keep listening to the perfected version thank you very much.
