... seriously though, has anybody been successful in booking concert tour tickets from overseas?
If so, would love to know how we can go about this (procedures etc)
Not knowing how to read Japanese is a huge drawback, from what I could gather, the tickets were on sale b/w 16-21 DEC, if you missed that, that's it. How can it be such a short window? |

You must use a middleman to book. And even then there is almost no chance in securing tickets from general sale. Tickets get snapped up really quickly!
For overseas people, they generally need to hire a middleman to buy it from reseller. Or you can buy it from an actual ticket reselling store in Tokyo. |

Totally agree!!! Even her goods are not sold here, not a single one. If you wouldn't count LOVE's stuffs (which are not licensed ones).  |

Im always looking forward to ai-chin's tours, though people's saying that the setlist is getting repetitive and boring. Yes, there's a limited amount of songs to be performed, but I think its the creative ways that ai-chin bring about presenting her tours that is what Im looking forward to, especially next year's LOVE IS BORN, since its gonna be 09/09/09~ 
About overseas tours, What I feel is that ai-chin is definitely heading in the right direction, the taiwan LOVE IS BORN concert is a big step forward. Places like bangkok, I dont think its entirely impossible, ai-chin's even been there two times, PEACH PV, love world photobook, as long there's a big enough fan base in that location, there's always a possibility. Just pray real hard, hehe |

Following my expectation...
After the arena tour ,
She maybe suspend music activity in Japan for a while.
I expect she will start overseas tour 2009 !!
Because,
1.The mean of New single "bye bye"
This song is recut of "love letter", ..not a new song.
and This single CD have not a coupling song.
For her ,The love letter is "conclusion".(japanese "ki-shou-ten-ketsu" ...introduction, development, turn and conclusion)
She said that those 5 album are her "card"(for introduce herself)on the following book.
She will introduce herself all over the world !
The lyrics "Bye bye for more cute,... more powerful",I think it's a message for Ai-chin's fan in Japan.
2.Her speaking at live house tour
At Nagoya tour, She said "I don't know if I will return (have a oppotunity of singing) at Nagoya ,this year."
Every year, One of A-nation concerts is given at Nagoya...
Maybe ,at that time, she will not be in Japan (or avex?)
3.Livehouse tour title"～チャンネル消して愛ちゃん寝る～ "
That means "Put off the channel, and Ai-chan sleep".
I consider,
"channel-ai (this forum's name) -> ai channel ->ai-chan neru -> Ai-chan sleep"
It's a coincidence? A message for this forum members ?
(Maybe she (or her stuff) knows this forum exists, for this thread action)
4.Contents of yahoo live talk
An ambition of 2009,
she said,"More happy year than 2008! ,and aim at activity of 2010. Maybe I dare to run off my track."
I think she will do that she have not done until now.
Through Love is born 5 in Taiwan,She ought to gain a confidence at overseas concerts !
And I want her to touch and learn and play the many kinds of music of all over the world ! 
I believe it extends her range of making music, and excites her music life ! |

This scares me a little too, because my limited Japanese-skills tell me it can be translated in two ways:
1- erase a channel, Ai-Chan sleeps
2- Ai-chan channel erasing her sleep
Maybe it has nothing to do with Ch-Ai and it is just a coincidence.
But I don't understand, if it isn't a coincidence, then WHY would Ch-Ai have affected her so much for her to leave this kind of message?

I strongly doubt there's a Channel-Ai relation there...
I'd want Ai to take some time off, take a big rest, she deserves it. |

On the topic of a 2009 tour, Ai will be going back to Taiwan on July 5th for a GIRLS B ONE Tour at the Taipei National Park. The news hasn't hit Japan yet, but it's been revealed among Avex in Taiwan.
