Idol, MasterChef, So You Think You Can Dance, " " Got Talent, the list goes on!

I'm just interested if you there are any members who have competed or have a friend that has participated before. You can also discuss the reality shows itself, who should've won the show, your favourite contestant, etc, have fun! Wink

I will take this chance to give a brief summary on all the Reality Show I watched

Bad

Idol: Given us a whole lot of crap, except Kelly Clarkson.

Masterchef: too overly melodramatic, the whole "OMG, If I don't win this i'll die attitude", just irritates me and the contestants just come out as bitterand unlikeable.

Big Brother: World's simplest summary "The Dummy's guide to being a Dummy".

In the middle.

Britain's Got Talent > Every other "Got Talent" show

So You think You can dance: I might be able to watch it once they get rid of all those, terrible judges they are just to far up themselves.

Good

Survivor: The original and still the best, It has a good mix of contestants; creating an interesting dynamic. They still find ways of keeping it fresh after all this time.

Biggest Loser: I love it!, mainly for the psychological change you witness in the contestant, more so than the physical. It's amazing to watch a shy, pretty girl with no-confidence or the lonely middle-age man, evolve through the motivation & belief from their peer and within themselves to become a more outgoing personality, for beeter or for worse.

i watch... Big Brother, the Amazing Race Love , man that show is the bomb!, Survivor, Bigest Loser, and the Bachelor.... i stick with the original reality shows that started years ago. the newer shows i dont like... cause they are taking my fave dramas and stuff off to show the same thing over and over. the only new reality shows i watch are I Survived a Japanese Gameshow... that one is awsome Love and America's Got Talent.

and i watched the last season of Americas next top Model, cycle 13, the short models cause a girl i graduated with was on there... she got runner up Boogie but i wont be watching it again... No i didnt like the show, just watched to support her

oh man, those were the days... i remember the first ever season of "Expedition Robinson" (the original version of Survivor that premiered in Sweden in 1997). the papers were in uproar and lots and lots of people wanted to terminate the show, heh. but it was good TV. Nod

can't say i'm a big fan of docusoaps, though. i watch a few eps of some shows sometimes, but i haven't really followed any of them closely since like... the third season of Expedition Robinson. with 2 exceptions!

1. Idol 2005 (the Swedish one) in which one of my seniors in high school, Måns Zelmerlöw, participated and ranked #5. he deserved at least #3.

2. Let's Dance 2006 (Dancing with the Stars), in which the same guy, Måns, participated and ranked #1! Laughing
