I'm sure everybody here know's music station, the japanese j-pop/rock tv-show. well, they created a list of the best love songs ever. ai is involved too with Sakuranbo on #59. Very low position in my eyes, where is Daisuki da yo, Planetarium, Kingyo Hanabi, etc.  ?

ok, lol... this list kinda failed for me. out of those 100 i've only heard 13, of which i only listen to 7 on a somewhat regular base, and 4 i've only heard covers of. i'm not too familiar with old guy bands like B'z and Southern All Stars and Mr. Children and Glay and such...
2. Hikaru Utada - First Love (great song, not my favourite by Hikki, though)
15. Miho Nakayama - You're My Only Shining Star (heard cover by Matsuura Aya)
32. Princess Princess - M (only heard YUI's cover, which i really like)
35. Eri Hiramatsu - Heya To Y-Shirt To Watashi (again, only heard covers by Shibata Ayumi and mihimaru GT)
45. Morning Musume - Love Machine (i may be an MM fan, but i'm not head over heels for this song)
46. Seiko Matsuda - Akai Sweet Pea (I LOVE BONNIE PINK's cover of this song  )
57. Zone - Secret Base (i've heard this song one time...)
58. Sharam Q - Single Bed (LOL! Tsunku♂ ftw! [/sarcasm])
59. Ai Otsuka - Sakuranbo (yay! but it's not my favourite love song by Ai-chin... at all)
60. Hikaru Utada - For You (this one ranks higher than First Love for me  )
68. Koi Shibasaki - Katachiarumono (OMG YES! KOU MADE IT!  gotta love Sekai no Chuushin de, I was a Cowboy)

98. Aya Matsuura - Momoiro Kataomoi (ahahaha!)
seems like many of the ones i listen to are kinda of the upbeat, happy-go-lucky kind (MM's Love Machine and Happy Summer Wedding, Ayaya's Momoiro Kataomoi and Ai-chin's Sakuranbo), which isn't really what comes to my mind when i think of a love song...
+ i didn't know Hirosue Ryoko was a singer!  |

I'm happy that Ai got a place in that list but I think she has better love songs

I still dun get y japanese love sakuranbo that much, there are tons of other ai-tunes that is in my opinion nicer than sakuranbo...guess japanese minds will always be a mystery for me huh?  |

| well, i agree that Ai has better Love songs. Planetarium, Kingyo Hanabi, Daisuki dayo, Kurage Nagareboshi... But the lyrics for Sakuranbo is cute too. =D Love songs doesnt have to be ballads anyway. haha! |
