Yep, just realised I forgot Maison Ikkoku as well. From Rumiko Takahashi (Ranma 1/2 and Inu Yasha) this is more like a drama series than your usual anime. Typical Rumiko Takahashi humour though, very funny and enjoyable.

I read some of the Dr Slump manga, your right in that it is aimed at younger audiences (like dragonball) it is still quite enjoyable. Haven't seen the anime for it yet though.

For Ranma, the first two TV seasons are the best, and the OAV's are also really good. I've seen Lain before, though it didn't stand out for me that much, in fact I'm struggling to even remember what happened in it Confused Has anyone here seen The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, I've heard a lot about it and it seems interesting, it would be good to know if anyone thought it was good?

I watched the first episode of Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya because one of my guy friends recommend this. It doesnt attract me though, maybe because I'm a girl? haha but he loves it. I like anime involving fantasy or supernatural, but i just feel that this anime is wierd =/. But it may interest you!

I'm watching Zero no Tsukaima now! It's funny and enjoyable, and it just gets better. It has some ecchi moments for guys out there~ lol

I haven't seen it..but if you can't find it on a store....why don't you download it?? Sneeze

Surprised Surprised Surprised Isn't that illegal? Surprised Surprised Surprised
Funny enough for me personally if there is an Australian release I will always buy the anime. But then if there is no Aussie release and I can't find them in the store I download them ... *cough* Sailor moon and Card Captor Sakura *cough* Sneeze Sneeze :

Actually isn't illegal if the series hasn't been licenced outside of Japan yet : Sneeze
I always watch anime that hasn't been licensed yet or that has just been released..so downloading is the only way to watch it xD

Eh, no it is illegal even if the series is not licensed outside of Japan. Japanese studios just aren't pursuing international downloaders (at this point in time), it's probably just too hard and too costly for them. I'm sure if people were selling unlicensed anime though, things would be different.

I don't find it illegal if you just recorded it from TV and share it online without selling it, It's YOUR recording Laughing Laughing
But they do sell them in Latin America Laughing
There's no way you could find an anime series to buy on this country or any near country Laughing

That's true Sad a couple of years ago I saw the escaflowne dvd but it didn't have spanish subtitles Laughing

I think lucky star is a good anime Laughing People who enjoy anime, manga and videogames would love it Laughing
almost at the end of each episode there is a segment called Lucky channel( Laughing Laughing ) and every ending is different because Each ending theme in episodes one through twelve is performed as a karaoke by one of the principal characters
Laughing just look at this and tell me from what anime is XD

Wow... there are sooo many to choose from, it would depend on your style for the movies. I know I'm into those with a good bit of humor or a deep storyline.
