i am not entirely sure what your problem is, or what the format is of your video, but i suggest you use the subtitles from 13 posts back (ax-tftm.srt), and use one of the media players mentioned 6 posts back. those subtitles are designed to work on one video that is 1:55:58 long. hopefully they will synchronise with your video.
if that doesnt work, then tell us the name of your video file (AVI, WMV, MPG, RMVB, FLV, etc) and how long it plays for. |

Iīve just seen it and I have to say, that it was much better than I expected. The drama was awesome and the movie as well. Characters were funny and great written, story was catchy...
Definitely buying it, although itīs quite expensive, but when you summarize whatīs in, itīs not so much. |

I bought my own copy of this movie, and I love it! Ai-chan is a great actress. I hope that she appears in more movies. |

The movie really completed what was questioned at the ending of the drama...
Ah... it's all good now. |

I finally got round to watching the film. It was good to see the story continue but it wasn't really anything special. I loved the dorama though.
The thing I don't like is how the guys in Tokyo Friends always seem to treat the women badly but then the women always end up running back to them. |

I need help, I have the Tokyo Friends DVD and I ripped it to my comp, but it ripped it to a vob file and I can't use vdub to add the subtitles. It says I need to convert it to an avi file. I couldn't find a free avi converter, does anyone no of one or how I can add the subtitles to a vob file.
p.s. I have no idea what i'm talking about, i learned all this video stuff in about three days. |

i suggest you make AVI files of the DVD using Auto Gordian Knot. this is the software a lot of people use to rip DVDs and is most likely to end up matching the timing of the subtitles.
download the AutoGK full package from here, then install and run.
select- Input file: xxxx.IFO
- Predefined size: 2 CDs (1400 Mb)
- Add Job
- Start
thats it. in a few hours you should have 2 AVI files to use with the subtitles. (you have to match the .AVI and .SRT filenames for the subtitles to work.) good luck. |

Actually, you can find a bunch of Hong Kong DVD versions of Tokyo Friends the Movie, with English subtitles on eBay.
Here's 2 links for example:

I ordered my own copy too, but after watching it, I noticed that the English subtitles were somewhat poor, but at least it has english subs in it. |
