I have a preformance coming up in school, and I'm having a hard time deciding on a song to sing. It's an assembly during 3rd period to celebrate the cultures in our school, so I'm going to sing a Japanese song. But I don't know which one to do!
I usually do fast-paced songs and up unitl now, I haven't considered doing a slow song, but now it seems like a good idea.
I have to cut the song to be 2 minutes or less, so there's a bit of a time issue, also.
Sorry, I included the singer of the song just in caseanybody wanted to look it up.
I included a lot of Ai because I hardly ever do any of her songs, and they're so fun.
I'm open to any other suggestions too, just as long as there's a way that I can get the instrumental. |

i would say either Planetarium, Daisuki Da Yo or Amaenbo
with each you could get the opening and the chorus in less that 2 minutes... not to mention they are very beautiful songs |

I voted for Amaenbo, because it's not too fast and not too slow. It's simple, beautiful and I think, that the beauty of the japanese language is most visible
Pity that there aren't such performances in my school. There was something like this but it was about european countries.
And good luck on the performance! |

I choose 「金魚花火」 (Kingyo Hanabi) for you. I don't know the reason... But it's easy to sing. |

"Kingyo Hanabi" isn't that easy. I voted for "Rocket Sneaker " . |

I picked "Bye Bye" because if you're comfortable doing fast songs, then you should make that a primary option And because "Bye Bye" is easy to sing and it's very enjoyable |

Planetarium sounds easy because it's moderately slow and calm.
Amaenbo's a good one too because it's just like Planetarium but not too fast or slow like others have said. I reckon the flow of the song is good and emotional too which can get you more into the song... |

I think if you want to do a slow song Planetarium is a good one ( at least I'd like to see it )
Though Sobakasu too would be quite fun to watch |

Thank you, everybody!
I decided to Planetarium.
Now there's just the matter of cutting it to fit.
I really appreciate it. |
