no thread for Pokmon? Surprised
Generation V games before the end of 2010 ^^

Pokmon (Japanese: ポケットモンスター Pocket Monsters, ポケモン Pokmon for short) is a series of video games primarily for Nintendo handheld game systems, as well as the overarching franchise based on these games. Though many things differ depending on a specific canon's interpretation of the series, what remains constant is the focus on creatures known as Pokmon, which can be captured, trained, and used to compete against one another in battle or, more recently, other activities.

little about Generation 5:
The fifth generation of Pokmon, recently revealed, is the upcoming fifth installment of the Pokmon games released. Like previous generations, it will likely begin with two games, released as a pair, and later be joined by a third version. The paired games, still untitled, have been announced to have an expected release date of late 2010, and will, in an unprecedented move, be released for the Nintendo DS, the same console as Generation IV's main series games.

It is currently unknown what region the games will take place in, though the announcement heralding the release revealed that the games will explore new areas, with the hope that they will surpass Pokmon Diamond and Pearl in quality, indicating that a new region is on its way. The setting for the Generation V games is also unknown, as it may or may not be contemporaneous with any of the previous four generations.

I love pokemon!
As I was growing up, it was always so hard to find people who would play with me, after it's popularity with our generation decreased. Sad
