an interesting adaptation. a few observations:
- the MP3 has the year 2009 in it. One x Time was released 2008.05.21
- the MP3 has as part of its filename: arr_ai_otsuka_-_one_x_time
- large portions of the music sound identical.
however it is not plagiarism if you acknowledge the source. presumably royalties would be paid in this case.
i suggest the response of the facebook user is more likely due to ignorance than deception. |

Artists that plagerise intentionally never get anywhere. 
Even if it was intentional (although as Pon has said, its unlikely considering the filenames) there is no way people will appreciate him or his talent if he does it again
I dont know how he can be "ignorant" about the whole thing, but it was probably more of a "no comment" type of response to get the questioners off his back
I have a feeling maybe he just wants to intentionally stir Ai-chin to comment about him, or talk to him...  |

Search for him on youtube, he is certainly trying to become more well known.
The more we discuss about it here, the happier he will be 
Whatever the reason behind it, I am certainly not happy about what he did -
great artists dont copy, they invent.
I hope Avex get to him first before Ai-chin does (as in, telling him off) |

Well maybe he paid to get the sample, but i don't believe it.

That song is just a fan song...nothing to worry he even gave the credits to Ai-chin xD

Ano~ did Artela get a real permission to realease an album with One x Time Music?? becoz i messege the manager about this one.. and he reply me like this

^Oh...is he really a major singer? 
I thought he was just an amateur making a cover....the quality of the recording sounds like a MIDI track 
The tittle says the arrangement is by Ai-chin...(which is more like an arrangement by Ikoman and the String ensemble anyway xD ) so at least he is recognizing the music is by Ai-chin 
I just hope Avex takes legal action on this. |
