Well write what you think of it, if you have it and compare against albums by other artists,
and if you don't have it get reviews and comments, from those who do

I voted for "depends".
The biggest factor here is what you are looking for in this album. If you're looking for a consistent album, you aren't gonna get it. If you're looking for an innovative Ayumi album, you aren't going to get that either. I feel that each song is good in its own context, and that Avex or Ayumi threw a bunch of songs together on it at the last moment. That doesn't stop the individual songs from being very good (Microphone, Sexy Little Things, Countdown, You Were... especially) but it doesn't perform well as a whole.
There are a lot of enjoyable songs on it, however, so if you're looking to complete your Ayumi collection or only just to get it for the songs on it, then it's a yes. |
