The northern part has actually been getting a lot of aftershock since the initial earthquake on March 11. There was just a tsunami warning for that aftershock, don't think any tsunami was actually observe.
As for the tap water restriction, that was only in Tokyo and the restriction has been lifted for awhile. |

They say that the Nuclear Powerplant alert's on Level 7 now and even up until now there's aftershocks... >.<
